If I could give negative 10 I would your pharmacy sucks! I called and waited on line for 25 minutes and you guys declined my call don’t work in the medical field if your lazy and not trying to help people out customer service is trash and a waste of time.

Walgreens is my neighborhood go too, they do have some issues with certain employees but when brought to managements attention it was handled swiftly. So I still patronage them.

Went in to get an antibiotics script filled, waited an hour after it was sent just to be sure I could get it as soon as possible. I arrive, it was not filled. No problem, things happen all the time. I was quoted 10 minutes to have my script filled, okay great Ill just browse. Queue 45 minutes later I go up to the pharmacist window and ask if it might be ready soon, just to be told that THEY FORGOT TO TELL ME IT WAS READY!! Wasted my time there, you might not want yours wasted either. Unfortunate situation to say the least. One of the ladies also tried challenging me on being upset, suggesting Its just an antibiotics script.. Yeah, she must have had a bad day. You get paid to waste my time, dont come at me with that attitude after you forgot to do your job.

This store has a great pharmacy and friendly staff in each department. I enjoyed my shopping experience here.

I would give zero if it was allowed!! Pharmacy is slow unorganized and staff is rude!! Only reason for coming here was COVID vaccine, definitely will not ever come back!!

Dealt with a very rude, condescending, and unhelpful pharmacy tech named Dalia. Wasnt just me, she was also hella rude to the lady in front of me in line.

It says buy one get the second of me free, but when you get to the register, they say something like But that is only on the second Tuesday of the month, if there is a full moon.

Refusing to give me a receipt. Refusing to help me with how to start getting receipts. No merchandise out. What’s the point of Walgreens’s coupon if there’s no merchandise. Worse Walgreens and was this way long before covid. They’ve given upStill bad. Weeks later. A pattern here. Good luck. I switched pharmacy-capital pharmacy in west Sacramento is best. Only Walgreens when I can’t get a ride or Immed delivery

They always been very helpful. They stay open late and have a nice selection of things.

They need to hire more cashiers, always a long wait to check out.

My go to store for my beef jerky and trail mix.

Wish the would clean up the outside of the trash

Mmm! Ethnic Discrimination is strong with this store. Without bias, one must shop. With freedom, one must speak up. In your heart, bias shall not be. Know better, you shall. Stay away, you must.

Walgreens really has everything. Its about the only place that you can easily get photos printed and have them pretty quick. Tina is great! Very knowledgeable.

My Mother & I have been shopping at this location for years the store is very clean & well organized Great Customer Service. The pharmacy & the pharmacist staff are very Curtis to the customers this location also has a drive thru to pick up your medicine if your in a rush easy to notice the store while driving

Everyone there has been very helpful in finding what I am looking for. The Pharmacy is extremely helpful in reminding me when I need to refill. It is clean, well laid out and very comforting. Thank you.

Have been a customer of this Walgreens for over 10 yrs. Always greeted by all the staff. Very helpful at assisting with questions or concerns.

I go here whenever I need to make a really quick shopping trip during work breaks and dont have enough time to run into Target. Customer service is hit-or-miss, but unfortunately more misses during my last few visits.

Got here at 7:56AM (hours are 7am-11pm) and the doors were locked/lights off. A group of unhappy customers were outside. This is awful that this is happening.

The parking lot gets pretty packed during the day, but the woman that helped me was extremely nice and helpful.

Good helpful service to find my vitamins, etc.

My mom tried to fill two prescriptions while vacationing to visit me in Sac. The pharmacist refused to fill one because she wanted to check with the doctor who wrote it and it was a Sunday. She filled the other. When my mom went to fill the prescription the next day, she realized that the pharmacist had given her back the prescription that she had already filled and kept the script that she refused to fill. After calling the pharmacy, my mom was first blown off and than after repeated attempts they told her that they didnt know who filled the prescription. Later they told her that the pharmacist refused to fill both prescription and gave her back both scripts. All while my mom has a filled prescription with the pharmacists name on it.

Great customer service, however not the best neighborhood.
