Wow! COVID-19 has messed with this store. Only way to test a project, on your hand from a qtip. No trial size products. Body butter formula has changed. No longer smooth, silky formula that melts on your skin. Now it seems to clump on your skin, texture is not as it was before. The new fragrance this year is Vanilla Pumpkin. Vanilla OVER POWERS THE PUMPKIN. 1% pumpkin, 90% vanilla. I left not spending any money.

Nice store. The guy helping my mom and myself was super nice. Was great at explaining the benefits of what we were buying. Made great suggestions for my dry sensitive skin. My only warning is that there is a high chance of spending a lot of money in a small amount of time. The items are pricey.

I love the products here. The body butters are the only moisturizers I use on my skin now. The olive oil and Plain Almond are my favorites. Light to no scent and leaves my skin feeling great. I use a mixture of the facial products, a little something from each line to fit what I need. I wish theyd bring back the buy 3 get 3- and go back to the old rewards system-that was awesome. Never been a fan of their makeup. Ive tried a few pieces but thats not their strength.

By far the most open and honest experience I have ever had at a detail and body shop. Take the time to stop by and at least get a quote. You will not be disappointed.

Love their stuff but $$$$ always try and go with a coupon or a deal and then its well worth it! I got a free hand soap and eye cream last time I went.

Looked for the home fragrance oil in holiday scent of parmagranit so they wanted to sell me the used bottle they were using for full price. I asked the manager and she was not very nice nor did she want to discount the price! She then said it was discontinued and I asked how can that be this time of year. I was very disappointed! Unsatisfied customer

My fiancé loves this store! And we got a bunch of samples as well to try! I got a little bored but every time she visits, she looks like a kid visiting Disneyland with no crowd to try all the creams !

Satsuma body wash is my favorite.
