I love that I can get bulk items for things that are a staple in my home this way I dont have to go to the store often. Its convenient for me.

Dont deal with Camille (alleged manager) she wont listen to you but will over talk you. Bought a 70 TV and it wouldnt fit into my sisters car and traveling home for another vehicle and make it back before closing. Instead of considering its the holiday weekend and allowing me to pick it up Tuesday when they open. I was forced to return the item! They need more Shirleys in the world. Shirley you were great considering the circumstances and I wish I had of came in contact with you first. You definitely have better communication skills.

Costco is the peoples grocery store.You already know that you cant beat their prices anywhere. Produce, bakery, pantry, pharmacy, housewares, meats and seafood, even heat-and-eat dinners.This location is neat and clean, ADA accessible, well-stocked and the employees are always helpful and friendly. (Ive never been scowled at like at some big-box stores!) The bathrooms are always clean.You absolutely will not find a hotdog and soda for less than Costcos $1.50 deal. Its the last bit of sanity in this crazy world. Strawberry sundaes are unbelievable!My biggest praise for Costco is their treatment of employees. Fair pay, good hours, respectable management. Costcos model of employment should be the standard that big businesses strive toward. It really shows that when you treat your employees with respect and pay a living wage, their enthusiasm comes back to the customer ten-fold.Food court, pharmacy and optometry are accessible without membership. That means a lot for people struggling to pay the bills. These three departments are really helping people.I look forward to being able to sample food products again in the future! Thanks for being such a wonderful place to shop!

Costco is a great place when you want to buy things in bulk, such as water or tissue paper. The only the thing I hate is that it gets crowded on the weekends, but week days is alright. It does have some cool things in there though, overall its a great place to shop.

This South Sacramento location continues to be my favorite. Easy access from Highway 99. Call me silly however I found it more exciting to shop at Costco than being at the mall LOL.I personally call it the hundred dollar shop I go in for a bag of bananas and I leave with a basket full of goodies. You know what you get when you go to Costco. This particular one, on this visit. I got in and out! (Not counting the time I spent messing with the new computers, but thats on me) This one has the food stuffs on the left and back sides of the store, for some reason, thats important to me to know.The store was very clean! Everyone was nice! And it only took 4 mins to get through the checkout line!Good job guys! Keep it up!

I get my gas hear. Love the affordable price. Would be nice if there were more service attendees. Had to help an older woman pump her gas. She was a little confused about how to use the automated system.

Not organized as the other Costcos I have been too... The Fruits and Veggies are not organized, some thrown on the floor, etc etc...,No Water limit here as it is in Roseville though

I usually like coming here but i started going to the elk grove location. This one located on stockton and mack rd has cockroaches in the food court and the managers and supervisors are very rude don’t recommend coming to this location.

I really like their merchandise, and you buy them by the bulk.

Love this location. Lots of choices. Bought a new printer. Great sales crew, very helpful. I also went to the eye doctor (Shergill Optometry). Excellent care, very thorough and accurate testing. I wish to give this office a sixth star! Highly recommended and I will be returning in 12 months.

My wife and I love this place and shop here once a week. Although their meat is on the pricey side we always find a great deal.

Costco is cool but they dont know how to welcome the customer. Yeah they are at the door but not to say hello or good bye. But more like whats in your cart? Uncomfortable to give your money to the one who doesnt appreciate it.

Shop here regularly for bulk diapers, milk, eggs, toilet paper, medicine, salad, cheap hotdogs or slice of pepperoni pizza and .59c soda. Cheap gas. Go to grocery outlet for missing ingredients not available or smaller portion than Costco....cilantro a few jalepeno etc.

5/18/2021 at about 12:30 PMI just got offended by a guy standing at the entrance for trying to get a mask to wear at Costco at Stockton Blvd. The guy is wearing a black T-shirt, bald and big. I asked him if I could get one for myself but I think he didnt hear it because hes busy chatting with someone he knows and ignored my request. I then trying to get the mask myself but he stopped me and said that I got his mask contaminated by touching it. He immediately throw the mask Im trying to get into the trash can in a unpolite way. He grabbed me another mask and gave it to me. I dont know how he feels while doing this but I felt offended by his action. I cant believe that this is happening in Costco where I used to shop every month. Costco is a good place to shop at with their affordable price and fresh food but I rated this Costco one star because of this man action.

I love Costco. It’s a biweekly tradition to go with my family at this point. I went in for a battery, since I saw they were cheaper than they’re competitors. The auto center employees were extremely rude, almost as if they didn’t wanna be there themselves. I myself just had surgery on my arm, very noticeable. I requested some help with my battery, the auto center employee could care less. If there was a line, it would be understandable. But I was literally the only customer for about a 1/2 hour. Now I see why there was literally no one there. The service was appalling.

The worst customer service I have ever seen!Some other people might have different experience from this store, but I honestly share my experience with a hope to at least help some people don’t fall into the trap they made. I randomly got into this Costco store (I usually go to CalExpo Costco) and purchased some stuff. They said my membership card is disconnected and I need to apply for a new card or they will return my shopping cart IN A VERY RUDE TUNE. I applied for a new card and a supervisor repeatedly pushed me to apply for a Costco credit card to save for gas and other stuff. Well, I easily denied his request because I didn’t want a hard inquiry to my credit report. The guy said it’s just a soft inquiry and guaranteed by the store. I repeated that I need to finance a car and really don’t want to damage my credit for nothing. LSS, the guy insisted to apply and I did. I didn’t get approved and was told that my income is more than their promotion hahahaha. and they said that there will a hard inquiry to my credit report. When I raised the issue to the store manager, they surprisingly said that I need to call all three credit bureaus to fix the issue hahahaha. So be careful guys.

Along with the janitorial supplies to make it sparkle, Costcos has the low prices to keep costs on track.The Kirkland brand laundry soap, Pinesol & Lysolcleaning solutions are bulk sized essentials that are super - value priced. You wont find these products for a better price anywhere else.I came in today with my sister-in-law, who picked up her dogs prescription at Costcos pharmacy. The savings were amazing.While I was there, I had to pick up 2 roasted chickens @ $4.99 each. That will make an easy family meal tonight & leftovers for sandwiches tomorrow. The second chicken, along with dry food will feed my dog & cat for a week.Were done shopping & short lines allowed a quick check out. I used myCostco Citi- card 3% cash back rewards certificate to pay for my purchase today.Now Ill fill my gas tank & earn 5% cash back with my Costco Citi- bank card. Gas is already the lowest price in town.Wonder why the parking lot is always packed.?...its simple...This store is full ofSuper Values, everyday.

This location of Costco is a bit farther away than the newer one, but it seems to be less busy early in the day. I arrived at the end of senior shopping hour and did not have to wait to enter. The store is clean and spacious, and the staff is efficient. I took a product from the freezer, and a few minutes later the section had been tidied. Covid precautions are taken with masks and plexiglass.

It’s okay, but the only thing I hate is that they move stuffs around. They make you look for it. On every visit something is missing and coming home without it.

I used to think I loved Costco but reconsidering. This location is soooo terrible. 75% of the store is luxury items. You want pinto beans? NOPE! You want sparkling water in the winter? NOPE! But pick yourself up a TV or a blender and hardly any groceries!!! Skip this and go to the business center. And dont bother with the employees. Theyre busy facetiming their friends

I bought a pre seasoned standing rib roast. 10.35 lbs and it cost $131.00 for Christmas Dinner.Looked wonderful and the cooking instructions were perfect in the meat section for med.It was so over seasoned with pepper.It was awful!!All you could taist was pepper and it was so spicy hot.NEVER AGAIN!!!!

Other than being too crowded for Covid-19 safety, I love this store. Wish they still had the black been meals they used to and more vegan options in bulk would be great like egg replacers and already prepared vegan meals too would be awesome. But, as it is I have to buy elsewhere in smaller batches. Come on Costco vegans need bulk stuff too!

Not only do they have the best prices overall, but they price match.I absolutely love that they take almost everything back at any time (except some electronics after a certain amount of time). Because they back all of their inventory I prefer buying there, often even without comparison shopping.

Costco is always good, but their food that they serve there is great and decently priced too!

This is actually 3.5 stars. It has a pretty good variety although you have to buy in bulk. As a partially disabled person, I appreciate the help I get to the car with my groceries. The helpers are usually friendly with great attitudes. I dont like the way the isles arent labeled so unless youre very familiar with the store its hard to know where things are. The store is pretty big so I do get tired after a while.

The service is very good and the people tha works there are great.but the servicethru the phone when you call to order a pizza it really sucks because they send you from one persson or department it takes for ever.so its better if you go to costco i. Person

With the closure of Starbucks and fast food places Costco is one of the last clean and enjoyable restrooms available to the public.

They have all the essentials but not many of the necessities are always on sale plus theres another bigger Costco nearby...

I loved shopping at Costco. I love that the groceries are reasonably priced. I normally buy the same items on my shopping trips like zucchini, eggs, grilled chicken, roast beef.

This place has everything! One of the ladies at the front where you exit at was a bit rude... Thats why I gave 4 Stars instead of 5 Stars. Other than that, great place to shop!
