I love this place. They have many ice cream flavors and toppings. I liked ice cream with donut 😋My favorite is “Glazed Donut cake batter Ice Cream”4/5 just because not proper place to seat. Just 2 tables outside the parlor.

Friendly staff and delicious sugar overload. Came here to see what a donut stuffed with ice cream was all about and it was very sweet. I got a glazed donut with everything but the flavor and it was delicious! After a few bites it became a sugar overload so be prepared, either share one or just get ice cream in a cup. You can get unlimited topping for 75 cents more. I didnt get any since I knew it was gonna be too sweet already. Good for sweet tooth moments or special occasions.

Who would think putting ice cream on a doughnut would taste so good? They have a great range of flavors. Will definitely visit again.

Honestly its a one time thing for me the donut had a really funny taste and the customer service was horrible, the workers look miserable working there it wasnt very inviting for first time customers at all. I even tried to be nice I was laughing you know good energy to share I couldnt even get a smile back, my teens were even uncomfortable... I gave a tip to maybe get a thanks maam and nope not even a have a nice day.

Place is clean and neat. Customers are greeted kindly by the workers and the ice cream is just top tier stuff. Love it.

That stuff is great. Ice cream inside a donut... Who would have thunk it?Since I was still stuffed from lunch, I got a single (huge) scoop of coffee with Nutella on a sugar cone. That was really good. I dont like vanilla, so my choices were severely limited, but no matter, really enjoyed it.

The cinnamon ice cream my son got was amazing. It wasnt overly sweet. It tasted like cinnamon toast crunch, but without the crunch. Highly recommend that flavor. I cant remember the name of the flavor though.

All of the food at The Parlor is great. They dont change up the ice cream flavors much, if at all, but all the ones Ive had so far have been great! Also, they dont really advertise it, but they usually have churros (check their website).Only real complaint is that a trip to The Parlor can take anywhere from 5 minutes to over half an hour, so if youre in a rush, maybe check if theres a line first! Short of having customers know exactly what they want before getting to the counter, not sure how to fix that.

Really love this place the idea of it & all. Me & my kids go maybe once or twice a year filling that Sweet Toothache craving....lol But really nice clean small I call hoop spot. You can sit & enjoy, but i think its 2 small tables maybe 3. Counter person cashier always helpful & kind. CHECK em out all flavors, colors, cups, cones, toppings, caramel, chocolate, & all. Hype factor but so good. If driving may want to reconsider it will get messy & stik Cant stop eating it.THANKS....!

Doughnut + ice cream Yessssss!

Yum yum! I was pleasantly surprised by how fluffy the donut is (better than some donut places I know) and the salted caramel ice cream was very tasty. Would definitely stop by if in the area to try out some of the other unique ice cream flavors! My only complaint is that the powdered sugar on the donut kinda gets everywhere/is messy, but I guess its aesthetically pleasing?

Stop what you’re doing right now and go get their Hello Kalo ice cream on a glazed donut. I bring my family and friends here just to see the look on their face when they try it - dessert game changer. Great customer service and the place is always spotless clean too. Can’t say enough good things.

YES YES YES! Gourmet Ice Cream in unusual flavors? Yes! Fresh Donuts? Yes! Crazy Mix Ins? Yes!Thats what I am talking about, I had this shake/donut thing that was out of this world, ice cream, a donut, waffle cone chunks, cocoa krispies, whipped cream, caramel. And there were event more options. Crazy town! Soo good.But if you cant handle crazy sweet, it may not be your jam, but if you have a sweet tooth and are in the area, give it shot!

One of the worst customer service I had at this place in Sacramanto . I never want to visit this place again. I have waited in the line for 1hour 20 mins because of a big queue and then we are just 4 people left and the person simply say I can serve anymore then what’s the reason for making us stay stand in the line for 1 hour 20mins. This is bad to make us wait for such a long time. If you people cant serve you need to let us know early so we don’t waste our time anymore. I don’t recommend this place at all due to this kind of service

Had the glazed donut with the birthday cake ice cream. Strawberry syrup and fruity pebbles on the ice cream INSIDE the Donut. I thought that was it but IDK what they did but after one lady passed it to the next, it came back looking more like and ice cream sandwich and the donut was warm. So so so good

The products are great, the only downside is they run out later in the day. Today they had a special where they worked with apple hill and had their donuts and apple pie ice cream. It was yummy!

Cute little hole in the wall with good homemade ice cream puffs. Was expecting more ice cream variety but it was still tasty. Theres a wall made of chalk board so you can draw while you hangout and eat your ice cream or drink your shake. They have small avariety of toppings ranging from Oreos, almonds, and cereal to gummy worms etc. Can easily make your dessert too sweet though

Great little spot to get a delicious treat!If youve never had an ice cream donut, youre missing out. The staff here is extremely friendly and helpful, theyre happy to give you samples, and I recommend you sample their flavors. I wouldnt say that they switch their flavors very often, however, their flavors are all amazing. I enjoy good flavors over a ton of variety. Pretty inexpensive, I think you should give this place a try if youve been on the fence about it.

A sweet spot! Tuesday they have their ice creams cheaper. When I first visited this place I was so in love with the combo of donuts and ice cream... my roommates and I made it a regular thing every Tuesday for a month. Their flavors are rich and satisfying and the toppings are paired nicely. I bring every person visiting from out of town here and they always are glad I brought them in.

A delicious desert place. The ice cream is good on its own but when you put the ice cream in the middle of a warm donut, it tastes even better. Be ready for a mess. The ice cream can get a little melted and will drip. You definitely want to eat it at a table or standing up. It is not for the car. The atmosphere is really hip and draws a good crowd. Be ready for a line potentially but it is worth it.

Its such a good ratio of ice cream to donut too.You pick your flavor ice cream then they work their magic and youre handed a warm donut with cold ice cream. Its around $5 for an ice cream puff, so kinda on the pricey side but you get like a scoop and a half of ice cream be so its worth it.Tonight we got Elmos revenge, Taro, and mint oreo ice cream! yuuuumm! They also have toppings you can add, but we like it plain.Because of covid, everyone is required to wear a mask inside. There is a 5 person max and there are markers on the ground inside to enforce 6 feet distance. For seating there are two benches right the outside the shop and two tables with chairs farther down past the neighboring hair salon.We got there at 9pm tonight (a Thursday) and it was super busy! They had a line outside the door. Im so happy to see this business doing well.I do want to note that there was only one person working there tonight. She looked pretty overwhelmed but was really nice and we didnt feel like she was rushing to just get us out the door.

Ive been here at least 5 times with classmates, friends, or family. Im glad they have sorbets as my dad loves the mango flavor and some friends are lactose-intolerant.My favorite is always the Midnight in Paris (tastes like coffee), but there are also those funky flavors like earl grey and green tea for people who are into that. Ive noticed some flavors rotate, so its worthwhile tasting the new ones when they come in.

The ice cream selection is very unique. The donuts and ice cream combo is actually really good. If you do get the works which is a milkshake made of the ice cream you have chosen, I do suggest getting it with nutella. It does make a difference in taste and texture.

Last night was our first time we visited this place. But It is obviously not the last. We enjoyed the evening a lot with the excellent service, with the exceptional dishes and booze and with the friendly price. We will surely come back soon.

Was good but still could be better they could just be getting back from the covid 19 pandemic and so it might take a little bit to get into the swing of things.

I won’t lie if this dessert is made right it’s delicious! However the place needs to step up their appearance, shelves were empty, looked as if your choices are scares, the worker wasn’t friendly, she seemed as if she wasn’t happy to be there at all! Her t-shirt was filthy, presentation from the decor to the workers is EVERYTHING! My toppings were just thrown on! Not to mention they should have more ice cream and topping options, The dessert I chose was supposed to be warm melty/gooyish, I asked her to warm my dessert up again, after that it was really good. Like I said dessert is delicious! They just need to step it up if their going to continue to attract customers.

Worst customer service EVER. Lady was in a hurry to close the shop. Was in town visiting family, they said it was the best ice cream in town but after receiving horrible service I couldn’t even enjoy my ice cream. Will not be back to this place next time I visit my family in Sacramento!

Yummy! $2 tuesday is my favorite. The Ice cream is creamy, the churro are made fresh and they have fun toppings to add to your ice cream. Im always greeted by happy and friendly employees.

This was such a fun unique experience! The flavors were tasty, we got the stuffed donut. More sugar then we could handle but it was pretty good. The staff was very friendly as well.

I’ve been coming to this place since it’s opened and it seems like every time I go, the price increases. I still come back anyways because it really is good ice cream and a different approach than an average ice cream place. I went there and got two ice cream puffs for $14.75...which is very high for casual dessert. I was aware that ice cream puffs are $5.50 and unlimited toppings are 75¢. Doing the math, that’s $12.50 for two. I got whipped cream on top of my puff and I guess that’s what made the price go up. Meanwhile, there’s nothing notating that there’s these secret premium toppings not included in “unlimited” and neither the ice cream scooper or cashier explained the extra price after it was ordered. When I asked the cashier why the total was so much he THEN explained that whipped cream is extra and offered no sort of refund or apology. I told him that they need to tell people this before they order and he just defended the price in hopes for me to just pay and go away. I work in customer service and know that customer satisfaction is key to success, not being stingy or misleading when representing a small business. This review is over a dollar and some cents but almost $15 for 2 ice cream puffs is extremely overpriced and the customer service was disappointing which is why I won’t be returning.
