What great service! I placed an online order to send to a relative from across the country, unsure of exactly what I would get. The live plant was beautifully wrapped with a stunning bow and my warm wishes were included on a nice card. Delivery was seamless, and they included a photo of the delivered plant for me to see the outcome from afar. A+

POOR SERVICE by Ben....Called to have an arrangement put together for my grandmother’s funeral. I was told I could have a nice LARGE arrangement for about $100. When I was shown what $100 would only get me, this was not a large arrangement. I was then shown other arrangements over $300. I explained to Ben my budget and asked him do arrangements for funerals cost more in general. He told me that my question is odd, and I have an attitude. Who even tells a customer they are rude and have an attitude? Ben Does...Ben is very unprofessional, rude and sarcastic and should not be in the service industry.I will NEVER go to this business and I will make sure I let all of my family, friends and workmates know to NEVER go here either.Having to buy flowers for a funeral due to a relative passing away and then be treated rudely like this is that last thing I was wanting to deal with...

Always perfect! Calling in ahead of time and getting a beautiful arrangement is something a lot florists can do. Just walking in and getting something that’s amazing and ready to go is why I love this place. Thanks for making it easy to get my girlfriend to happy cry any chance I want!

It was a beautiful shop that I will come to again and again! I chose to send flowers to my wife yesterday because it was our anniversary. I found Relles here on google maps and they came through for me. My cousin was getting married on Saturday and I called them up the Tuesday prior for a boutonniere. They were quick to help in picking the color of the rose and the ribbon. I paid over the phone and it was ready waiting for me when I got there. Thanks to Elizabeth and Andrew for all the help. My experience with Relles Florist was nothing but exceptional. I was about to drive-through Sacramento and I wanted to pick up a bouquet of flowers and rose petals for the room I rented over the weekend. Just trying to make my girlfriends trip that much more special. They were extremely helpful and willing to go above and beyond. He walked me through my options after I explained the situation. I told him I would be driving though Sacramento in an half hour, and that I could wait. He had one of the most beautiful bouquets I have seen and the fresh box of rose petals ready for me In a half hour! He even explained how I would want to be careful with the rose petals in the room because of color bleed. (It came off with a hand towel and hot water 👍) I would recommend this florist for any of your needs. I will make it a point to use them again. Thank you Relles Florist for everything!

I ordered lilies in a floral bouquet. It was done ahead of schedule in 30 minutes . It was the most beautiful one I have ever purchased and the price for pickup was very fair. Service was friendly and gracious. I’ll be back soon. Highly recommend.

I sent my father flowers for his 70th birthday. I had several unusual requests with delivery. They hit the mark and exceeded it! WOW! I appreciated the picture they sent, the flowers were (and still are, 10 days later) absolutely stunning. He calls me every 3-4 days to tell me about them and how much he likes them. Relles is going to be my florist in Sacramento.

The staff really came through for me in a pinch. It was a co-workers birthday and we ordered the morning of! They helped me select the perfect arrangement and had it to the office in less than an hour.

Such a cool little shop! They took me in the back to see their full flower selection and I was able to build a bouquet for a great, affordable price. That staff was super kind and helpful also!

Relles Florists are fantastic! I was in a pinch and needed to have a custom arrangement made for a graduation in short notice in a very busy time of the year (graduation weekend for all the local high schools and colleges).The staff said no problem and had it done within a day, a custom cross-lace graduation lei with multiple flower types to make a beautiful chromatic piece. I was very happy with the quality of it, and they also took the time to go throw proper handling, care and transportation/storage techniques. Overall I am more than very satisfied with my visit and I now go back for all my floral needs.

Relles Florist is wonderful! I was in a bind and needed to have an arrangement delivered for a funeral service on short notice (2 hours) and living in Chicago halfway across the country was no easy feat. But the staff there was so helpful and were able to put together a beautiful large arrangement and had it delivered within the hour. Thank you again for your great service and quality flowers! I happened by here on a day when I wanted to get the wife flowers, and they were close to my location. When you stop in, its a quaint, pleasantly odoriferous place. I was helped by a Yong lady who had just started, but she and everyone else we unendingly poor and friendly. A great place for flowers!

I was looking for a nice florist near Mercy General Hospital, which is where I manage a construction project there. For my particular need, I was looking for a nice arrangement that was not too terribly expensive, meaning not more than $25.00 dollars. I sheepishly conveyed this to the nice gal behind the counter and a short while later, she emerged from the shops back work area, with a simply beautiful floral arrangement, which I posted a photo of. I was caught off guard on how nice it was when it was brought out to me! The next time I need flowers to impress a certain special someone, I am certainly coming back here! This place easily gets the two thumbs up! :)

I ordered flowers for my sisters birthday from out of state. The website was easy to navigate and the flowers looked exactly as they did online. I received an confirmation of my order immediately via email and was pleasantly surprised to also receive confirmation of delivery and who signed for them.

Why is this place open during this pandemic? Are you trying to capitalize on peoples pain and suffering and or even death during this time how can you justify being open as you clearly are not a essential business.

When I was in high school in the 50s all my corsages came from Relles. I have lived out of town for over 60 years and I am never disappointed when using Relles to send flowers to my friends in the Sacramento area. I ordered over the phone without seeing a basket but I think my simple instructions were clear. I only wanted a fall mix of red, yellow and orange. Easy enough. My sister-in-law sent me a picture of yellow, pink, green, and purple. If there was a shortage of the colors I needed then I should have been called. I gave one star for the very nice girl that answered the phone and one star for getting my order delivered on time.
