I dropped by this place today and didnt think to call ahead. They typically do visits by appointment. Very nice ladies were able to get almost everything on my list even though I dropped by unannounced. Very pretty rural area.

I think that the people that run it are the greatest all the hard work .the work and atention that is done there is second to none very proud of the team they have there.5 stars for sure

Shipping costs need to be disclosed upfront. Was not expecting to have to pay $30 shipping for a $16 order. But what made me cancel was my order not being shipped after 2.5 WEEKS after I okayed the cost over the phone. Turns out no one remembered that phone call and my order wasn’t processed. So unprofessional.

Ordered 3 banana slugs and they all arrived active and VERY hungry! I like how they were packed with care in a little tub. Such interesting little guys.The staff were extremely helpful answering questions about care. Ill be buying from them again soon

BEWARE! The shipping costs are hidden and not disclosed in the invoice they send. They arent shared with the customer until AFTER the item has been delivered. Buyers, especially teachers on limited budgets, beware!
