Had occasion to upgrade some equipment for our cable television, went to this Xfinity Store to pick up new equipment and returned the following day to return the old equipment. I was served bot days by different staff and both days the staff provided me excellent customer service. Service was professional, accurate, and swift. I was in and out in a flash, plus theres plenty of free parking in the lot. Do yourself a favor and give them a try. If you find my review/pictures helpful, give me a like, click thumbs-up! Upgraded from Internet essential package to Blast Pro+.I agree to go ahead and pick up my NEW modem and NEW tv streaming box. Walked in the store and was in and out within 5 minutes.As I begin to install my NEW modem i notice the bottom had so much wear that you could barely make out some of the info. Then check streaming box.They gave me OLD, DISGUSTING equipment. Seriously! Now I have to do everything all over again! Thanks!

Lorenzo at the store was absolutely fantastic! We went in to upgrade my phone and was able to upgrade my husbands phone also at a very reasonable cost. And he was very patient and understanding With 2 over 60 cellphone challenged users. The other associates working there also were friendly and polite I would definitely recommend this store

I feel so stupid! calling Comcast, when I have the best! Reps right down the street. I am a very picky person when it comes to dealing with people as far as business is concerned, and the saying customer is always right! But the gorgeous young lady and very professional staff at this hub proved me wrong! because they make it convenient and heartfelt when you walk in there store. thank you guys youre the best!!

Super awesome experience...went in to switch my modem out and ended up saving money on my bill and receiving two free new phones...staff was super knowledgeable and friendly...if you go in make sure to ask for Gigi.

Im staying at The greens on stockton Blvd and they have comcast business and there are always scramble channels or just a black screen. Today they dont even have a guide channel.

Great neighborhood store, smart and knowledgable staff (Ray did a great job!), convenient parking.Xfinity Mobile vs Verizon saves me $50+ monthly! And in 20mins, I walked out with my phone setup and working - No hassle!Thank you Xfinity and Team!

Awesome customer service the gentleman that helped us was knowledgeable, courteous,easy to deal with....would recommend this particular Xfinity to family and friends even if they have to go out of their way to go to this particular store.after having an awful experience with the acting manager at the delta shores location a few days earlier.

Horrible. I paid over 300 dollars for internet. Now they shut it off 12 days into my month . Money stolen from my by D . Dnt go there if u want ur money to go where it is supposed to go

I use Xfinity for my personal internet. Overall speeds and connectivity were not bad at all, its about what youd hope youd get when you pay for a service that does one specific thing. My service with Xfinity became drastically better once I went out and spent an extra $100+ on my own modem and router. After several months of having nothing but issues with it connecting to any one of my devices at any given time I was Fed Up and Im so glad I did because that made my experience so much better. Overall theres not a whole lot that happened between that moment in time and when I moved and decided to cancel. Yes there were times when it dropped and couldnt connect but they were few and far between. Of course those those moments when your contract gets adjusted and you have to haggle with them to get a reasonable price for service. Unfortunately you have to agree to things like getting a phone line or even having some sort of TV subscription to get a reasonable internet price period all I really want and need is internet and I dont need all these extra things. The reason Im actually leaving a review is because when it did come time to cancel I tried calling into cancel and I was on hold for three hours one day, 2 hours another, thinking maybe their call centers are just inundated I try to go online through my portal and I explored all options when I finally did find how to cancel they said they could not process my request and I would have to call in -__-. Finally I decided maybe they have a storefront location and was able to find one after a month on and off of trying to find different ways to cancel. The one closest to my house was closed, so I was having to drive all the way downtown to cancel my service a month after I had started trying. Granted I could have done this step a lot sooner the fact that I even have to do that in this day and age where there are so many simpler options such as picking up a phone is absolutely ludicrous and insane to me. For being such a large company they run themselves like a mom and pop who can barely make ends meet and who dont know how to treat their customers who have been loyal to them and paid them thousands of dollars over the years. If there were any other company other than this one I would absolutely use them because if theres any kind of issues whatsoever God help you and good luck trying to cancel when youre unhappy with them.
