I feel so lucky to have the LightObject showroom fairly local. So when I was researching my next laser, I was thrilled to be able to go talk to someone in person to help make the decision. A few other brands I was considering had basically similar specs but 4-6 month wait times. I went into LightObject thinking I had my mind set at on one size but quickly settled on a smaller machine size after seeing them in front of my eyes. We purchased a 130w Falcon model right there on the spot. The sales staff were friendly and helpful and ready to answer my questions. Going with the LightObject brand was a no brainer. Top notch service and products. Can’t beat it. Marco delivered my laser 6 days after the purchase and once I had a couple hour training session with Joel. I felt prepared and excited upon the lasers arrival. Couldn’t have asked for a better transaction. Thanks guys!

Joel was very helpful and was able to complete my project for me while I wasnt there. Im an architecture/landscape architecture student and have to build several models. I would go here to get my projects cut out for me within the same day or next day. They have materials to choose from or you can also bring in your own materials. Just make sure to bring in your drawings in mm instead of inches to get your cut out to be exact. Overall, it was a great experience. I would surely come back for more of my school project.

Hands down one of the biggest jokes in the laser world. Order was places Friday morning with them and over night shipping paid to have the item delivered. They claimed item could not be delivered Saturday. Item didn’t no show on Monday because the person doing their shipping entered the Incorrect zip code. Called to find out what the problem was and instead of correcting the issue and rerouting the item to me. They recalled the shipment and told me it was being rerouted to my address. Have yet to see the item or a refund.

Phenomenal service. I was in a pinch and needed a tube delivered next day in order to finish some Christmas orders. Emailed on Monday night, received a reply on Tuesday morning guiding me to exactly the right tube I needed. Placed the order Tuesday afternoon and it was delivered by UPS Wednesday morning by 0800. Tube was wired, installed and alignment completed by 0930. You wont be sorry working with these guys!

Marco is a Laser wizard. I purchased my laser 3 years ago and Marco came out to my house and set it up with out any trouble. Three years later I needed a new laser tube and I called light object and boom Marco came out tuned up my machine and installed the new tube. He educated me on how to maintain it properly. It runs good as new if not better. Marco is nice enough that I hope its not three more years until we meet again but I bet my machine wont need service for another three years. I would recommend buying your laser here and if you already bought a different laser when you need service your in luck Marco will fix your machine if it can be fixed... best laser folks out there!!!!!

Just want to take a moment to express my thanks to LightObject support for helping me through an issue that was not immediately easy to fix. Ended up being a 4$ part. 20 Minutes after it arrived, the issue was resolved and I was back to having ice cold water for my laser. Thank you

I purchased a machine from Light Object a little over a year ago and just had my first issue with the machine. I dont think I was under warranty or anything still but I called and LO worked with me over the phone at first to try and figure out what the issue was. Once that didnt work the owner of the company personally came out to my house to resolve the problem which turns out was just a faulty switch. I couldnt ask for better customer service and if my small business continues to grow I plan on buying another machine from them by the end of the year. If youre looking for a great machine from honest hard working guys who care this is your place.

I am very happy with the products and support provided by LightObject. We bought two laser tubes and one power supply, and we needed technical support regarding the installation of these parts. Marco provided a lot of detailed info that was very helpful.

My water chiller originally came a little damaged. The screen didn’t turn on. But LightObject was incredible! They tried to help me fix the issues but when those didn’t work, they sent me a whole new one with a return label for the damaged one! They even called me to make sure everything was in order and that everything was easy for me. I am having zero issues with the new one. Thank you!

Light Object has helped upgrade my cheap laser and supplied me with the parts to me it run like a champ! Sunny was great helping me set up and calibrate the new controller. I recommend them for all things Laser.

Called in regards to a 130 watt laser we use at my factory for cutting slash resistant fabric. It takes a laser, as scissors cant penetrate. Worried that my tube was burned out and Id need another one. Talked to Jay for about ten minutes. He walked me through procedures to get the beam aligned. Gave me a great idea in using sticky notes (THE BEST WAY!) At no point did he try to pressure me into getting a new tube. Try the alignment, he said. So I did and that was the problem. Would give ten stars if they had that many. Oh, and BTW, their laser tube with shipping is about $200 less than purchasing directly from China.My new GO TO laser shop!

If I could give six stars I would. Best customer service I have experienced, especially when it comes to their knowledge of laser cutter equipment and prompt replies. This goes for both sales and technical support. They really know their stuff and always make time assist you. I have ordered from them a few times over the years and each purchase experience has been great. The quality of the parts they sell have also been on another level entirely. You know what youre getting, they know their products in and out, there is complete peace of mind. My experience with Light Object has been very good. I ordered the wrong tube (totally my fault) and they have been really easy to work with in getting a replacement that will suit my needs. Even in the midst of the Covid-19 craziness, they have been very responsive. Although I cant rate the product as Im still in the exchange process, I can say that the staff have been great. I would definitely recommend them on their customer service.

Great quality products and professionnal support. They custom made a water chiller with european voltage for me and managed to ship it to France in less than 10 days. The product itself is perfectly designed and built for a very reasonnable price, just like all the items I ordered before. I wouldnt buy elsewhere!

I have done much business with Light Object over the past couple of years. It started with buying replacement parts for my first laser engraver. The staff was very knowledgeable and assisted me in getting their products to work with my engraver.About a year later, I decided to piece together an upgrade and went with their Frame kit, XY gantry, motorized Z table, along with larger laser and power supply. Once again the staff was very helpful in assisting me with some questions I had on assembly and dialing in settings.I initially had an issue with the laser tube I purchased from LightObject but being as they are in town, I dropped in with the tube and after testing it, we determined it was the tube that was defective and was immediately replaced no questions or hassles. Other than this initial issue, the engraver has run flawlessly for over 18 months with about 50hrs a week of engraving and cutting. There has been no sign of wear on any components, has required very minimal maintenance, and there has been no noticeable output drop from the laser.I highly recommend LightObject to anyone interested in purchasing a Laser engraver whether it be at the hobby level or up to commercial applications. LightObject has a wide variety of machines available and a complete catalogue of parts and components to service them. The staff will assist you through the whole process and suggest the proper products for your application. Will definitely be doing business with them again as I plan my next upgrade.

Ive only had good experiences dealing with LightObject and Marco. Theyve been very helpful with all my questions, and are quick to respond when I have an issue. Marco delivered my laser cutter himself and helped me get fully setup and running. I also like that theyre somewhat nearby, so new parts can arrive within a day or so if necessary. We bought our laser in August 2016, and Im writing this in May 2017 after putting many hours on the machine. Everything still works just like new with no problems. Ill definitely be using LightObject again for tube and controller upgrades to my other machine.

I had been looking for a laser machine for a while. I did not want to go with Ebay/China because a lot of bad experiences people had such as, machines coming in broken and lack of support from sellers.I went with Lightobject since they are local to me. I chose them since customer support and training is important to me. I went to their showroom and Macro demo on the laser. He is very knowledgeable and explain about the machine and its’ capabilities.My 100watt laser worked without any issue since they dropped it off and configured it. They included hands on training for my laser. Their machine is a workhorse, sometime I run the laser for 12 hours long and have no issue with it. Their support is amazing, always have time to answer my questions, and guide me to the right direction. They don’t even mind for some of my stupid questions.I highly recommend Lightobject if you need a laser machine or parts.

I was in the market for a laser cutter, I am the type that researches everything I can find until I feel that I can make an informed choice. There is little to be found about this company but what I did find was good. I spoke with them on the phone a few times each time a different person and I never referenced my previous calls. I do this to get a fresh perspective from different people. Because it was a $10,000 purchase I was concerned to say the least that being completely new to the laser world I would receive proper help and tech support down the line. I decided to make the drive to there facility and see the machines in person. The people were very nice and accommodating and for a reasonable fee they delivered, set up and gave me a tutorial on how to use my new laser. It has been over a month and I use it daily for my business. The owner Marco did the delivery himself and was both professional and friendly. So far my experience has been A++++ and I would recommend light object whole heartedly.

Lightobject has been very helpful. I have ordered several co2 tubes with no problems, and they have been very helpful in helping me solve issues with my machine.

They have a good selection of laser engravers and fiber optic metal cutters. We were looking for a supplier near the Bay Area where we could drive to if necessary and have items shipped in 2 days. The staff has been very helpful and spent several hours helping us select the appropriate machine. We will definitely purchase our next machine from them.

My first purchase from lightobject was the 600w chiller to go with my shenhui sh-g350 china blue/ebay laser. Have had it over 2 years with no issues, very happy with it. 2nd purchase was a new 60w power supply when the original power supply died, this was an upgrade necessary knowing I would upgrade the tube down the road. 3rd purchase last week was a 45w SPT tube. Had troubles initially with water bubbles, and also wiring the alarm out from the chiller. Called for support and talked with Sonny, incredibly knowledgable and helped me solve all my problems. New tube is running super strong 45w output at 10mA and 57w at 16mA.... I couldnt be happier with the products and support, they have made me a lifetime customer from my first purchase. Anyone who needs laser related products I always direct them to lightobject, keep up the great business guys!!!

I have spent a fair amount of money with these guys and always have been happy. They have a huge showroom with lots of new machines and also do machine time rental. I have built a laser engraver with parts from there and shop and even though English is there second language they are very polite and helpful. If you visit please knock they sometimes have a big German Shepard inside. I do know they test all the tubes and dsp hardware before they ship it out and the quality of the PR gantry system and small rotary table is great as I have purchases these things. Most of there stuff is diy and really has no instructions they have a forum that offers manuals and help. Im going back soon to buy a few more things as always.

I bought an item from this companys Amazon store and had an all around negative experience. It took them two weeks to ship a small laser part a hundred miles from Sacramento to the SF bay area. When the item was finally delivered, it was delivered to the wrong place. When I contacted them about the issue, they were rude and had absolutely no desire to help out. I will not be buying from them again.All that aside, you can buy 99% of their products cheaper on eBay - these guys appear to be primarily a reseller of cheap Chinese goods they pick up in bulk. And judging by the broken English from the customer support person and the shipping times, they may just be a Chinese company with an office in California that repackages internationally shipped items and sends them out via USPS.
