I have 36 years in the field and have watched Hilti lobby archetects and facility managers to only use their products. After getting locked in, the products became high priced and volume packed. Now you go into the one and only store in the area thats mostly out of product with a little girl behind the counter doesnt have a clue or care in the world.

Store supposedly closes at 3pm. Here for an emergency will call at 255and doors are locked with no vehicles in the parking lot. On a Thursday.

In my 23 years of construction experience, the name Hilti has always been synonymous with high quality. The folks at this store display the very same level of quality in their work. This awesome group really got us through a tight spot today and I look forward to using their services in the future

Sure, there are cheaper tools out there. Hilti carries a 20 year warranty, and they honor it.

Way too expensive. I honestly dont know how they stay in business. There are way more options and just as good quality of tool options out there
