Tony is just the best. Great store. Clean. Friendly. And competitive pricing. Cannot recommend them enough if you’re looking for great hobby store. Not to mention the fact that every interaction I’ve had has generally been me having an issue, it’s been solved with zero issue.

Games Workshop and more. The Shark Tank and a great selection of GW products plus terrain and modeling accessories from AK Interactive, Army Painter, they are getting Turbo Dork paints. They carry Gaslands and accessories. They have a consignment area thats filled. Definitely a great addition to the Sacramento gaming scene.

Although I have never had the chance to visit the store in person, I have bought MANY things from Tony online and his communication is A+. I have really enjoyed being a patron from afar and the customer service is so refreshing. Its like having a friend in the hobby. Look forward to making it to the store at some point whenever the wife and I are on vacation.

Absolutely the best mini-gaming supply store in the area, and a better selection of GW kits than most GW stores. Amazing paint selection, knowledgeable and friendly staff, and probably the best hours in the area. Even if youre not a GW gamer Hammerhead is still worth your time.Oh, they also have a TON of gaming space with an active calendar of regular events.

You wont find a better place for miniature tabletop gaming in the Sacramento area. Tony keeps a great stock on hand with an intimate knowledge of the hobby. If there is an item not immediately on hand hell get it for you asap. A friendly community atmosphere is fostered at Hammerhead games; where new players are welcome and veteran players discuss their shared joy of miniature tabletop gaming.

Tony has mastered the convergence of hospitality and sales. His efforts and passion make this shop something special that deserves a visit. Friendly and fun.

Very impressed with the stock here. In some cases, this shop has a better GW inventory than the GW store does. And this doesnt even acknowledge the other items for sale here (prepainted bases dice, paints, etc.), or the consignment case (which was full of painted armies for sale). I will be back, and I encourage others to do the same!

Hammerhead Games is great, if not one the best Warhammer stores in Sacramento. Tony, the owner, keeps a very large stock of 40k and AoS miniatures, hobby paints and brushes, basing accessories, tools, technical paints and much more! If there is a specialty or hard to find item related to Warhammer or miniature painting, Tony and his team will be more than happy to help you find it and order it for you. More than that, Hammerhead Games is a place I like to hang out and play a game, pick up newly released models, look for a certain color paint I need, browse the consignment cases or just have a friendly conversation. I also prefer to shop at Tonys store because it feels as if I am investing in the quality and wellbeing of the local Warhammer community by supporting his shop. Plus, Tony offers great prices and frequently has sales for various items so he makes it easy to do so. 100% recommend this store, 5 stars.

Ever since the shop opened I have never been disappointed when I went there. It’s really cool because Hammerhead Games has a wide selection of old kit as well as new kits. Sometimes I walk in there and find GW stuff they’ve never even knew existed. Overall 5/5

Great little shop with tons of Game Workshop products and additional ear gaming paints and supplies. They have a great selection of consignment miniatures both painted and unpainted and the staff are friendly+knowledgeable. Thanks Tony and Charles!
