After determining the issue and agreeing to his quote, Andrey began working immediately with all of the needed parts already on his truck. I was surprised and very pleased that he came prepared as most places just give you a quote on the first day. I was able to meet him and be back at work in just over an hour. Expert Doors Garage Door Company was assigned to me by American Home Shield to repair my garage door opener. They are sent to provide a second opinion after a disastrous experience I had with the first company. Expert Doors is a local company, I live in Elk Grove, a suburb of Sacramento.Andrij German, the owner of Expert Doors, contacted me to set up an appointment. He texted me when he was going to be delayed and asked me if that would be acceptable. Andrij is a young man, but has been in garage door business for eight years. He is a man with a full potential. He is honest, professional and cares about his work. He appeared at my house as promised. Immediately, he diagnosed my garage door and its garage door opener. He concluded that my garage door was fine, nothing needed to be done. My garage door opener, was something else, he judged it as to be too old and needed to be replaced. He processed for approval quickly. Within less than an hour, he got my garage door opener replaced, tested and made me very happy with a garage door that opens properly and quietly. I highly recommend this company for garage door replacement for several reasons. They came out to my house to measure and check my garage door before quoting me, then sent an official quote via email. One of the other companies didn’t see my garage and blindly quoted me over the phone. Expert garage was the lower at quote by a decent amount. They made sure I was able to get the garage and features I wanted, I wasn’t rushed and they didn’t try to up-sell me. Their turn-around was really quick and they showed up on time. They have great customer service and did a perfect job on our new garage door and opener. Before leaving he made sure I knew how to operate and troubleshoot the new equipment. The single spring on our garage door broke around 7:00 last Wednesday night. Our nextdoor neighbor recommended I text Andrly who responded within a few minutes, informing me that he could come by the next day. Andriy is the go to guy when it comes to garage doors and openers. My spring broke and ripped my old garage door where it connects to the opener. He came in and gave me several options on replacing just the broken panels on top or replace the entire garage doors His estimates were fair compared to others that I called. I ended up going with the garage door that he highly recommended. I can see why, it was thicker and better insulated than the one I had. It would not make sense if I only replaced the top panels.What sets him apart is his knowledge and skills. He was the only one that told me about the new law regarding openers needing a battery back up (California SB-969). Once he got started tearing down the old and broken door, he was like in auto mode. He knows exactly what to do and did them without pause. He even explained some of the process while he worked. This guy was amazing to watch because it looked like he can do this in his sleep.
