They did a great job replacing some of our windows since the seals failed. They were able to come onsite and give a free estimate. They were prompt and worked quick. The windows looked great once they were completed and all for a good price.

They were several hours late to the appointment (had to call and find out where they were, no courtesy call), which I was more than willing to forgive. However, It has now been a 2 1/2 weeks and never heard back with a price quote. So I will assume they dont need my business, I wont beg them to be a customer.

Terrible service. They dont do great work, but the real problem is when they have a problem. Thats when the get mad fast. Hung up one twice. Refused to make it right. Avoid the hassle and save some money. There are cheaper options than these guys and ones that believe in customer service.BTW - watch how they attack ustomers who give them bad reviews. Tells you all you need to know.

Worst location, rude, unprofessional, and incompetent employees. They lady named Kristine is really very rude, and think that she is very knowledgeable which is totally WRONG. I needed some new mirrors for my unique pieces of art, and I showed her how to do it, but unfortunately while removing them from the car because they were made so thin that is why they fill off, and broke again. I was so very disappointed because I showed her how to be cut, and fit in the hand made frame. Won’t be recommended to friends, and families.😡😡👎🏻👎🏻

The worst location, and rude, incompetent, unprofessional, mean employees. For F... sake, they don’t provide free service, then they need to be respectful, and kind. It is not like they are the only place offering glass services. There are too many all over Sacramento county. They charged me more than the service deserve, but the sad part the mirrors fill off, and broke. Won’t recommend it to friends and families.😡😡
