We needed golf carts for our fundraiser. The venue was quite a ways from the event parking. VIP Golf Carts were so easy to work with! They are friendly, and brought the carts fully charged/gassed and in excellent condition. I would HIGHLY recommend them. Whether you need to purchase a golf cart or just to rent, I would check with VIP Golf Carts first!!!!

VIP Golf Carts is awesome! The customer service cannot be beat. We purchased our first 4 passenger golf cart less than a year ago and the owners gave us a good deal, even adding in a USB port. It didn’t stop there. When we needed service for a few minor items, the owners came out right away. Today we upgraded to a 6 passenger cart. They worked with us to give us a good deal. You just can’t go wrong with these guys. I wish I could give them more stars! Excellent, excellent, excellent!!

I can’t say enough nice things about VIP Golf Carts. I should tell you that I worked at Nordstrom for 12 years and have very high standards of Customer Service. I asked VIP to fix my daughter’s small electric scooter. And even though this is not the typical vehicle they see, they gladly took on the job and did fantastic work to get her rolling around the neighborhood again. Every person I encountered at VIP was kind, honest and very helpful. I recommend VIP 100%

I don’t even know where to start with these guys. They know exactly what they’re doing and their workmanship is top notch. I brought in a golf cart and a lawn mower that needed a couple repairs done which I wasn’t even sure what was wrong with my golf cart and lawn mower. they quoted me $200 less than what other repair shops quoted me and half of the problems the other repairs shops said existed actually didn’t exist upon these guys performing their inspection. They even delivered my golf cart and lawn mower to my house which is 25 miles away from their store free of charge. When they delivered my golf cart and lawn mower to me, they looked showroom condition as if they were just purchased brand new from the manufacturer. Trust these guys they are top notch.

My experience was outstanding at VIP GOLF CARTS. As usual, the owners were fantastic and took their time finding the right Edison Golf Cart for my needs. This is my second purchase from VIP and surely not my last.

I needed a golf cart to transfer Wedding guests from a parking lot to the wedding venue. I called VIP Golf Carts and they gave me a fair quote that included delivery and pickup of the golf cart. They delivered and picked up the cart right on time and everything went without a hitch. They even upgraded me from a four passenger to a six passenger golf cart for the same price.I highly recommend them.Mike

We bought an Edison Elite from VIP Golf Carts. Customer service was hands down phenomenal. Mohamad personally drove 80 miles to make adjustments to our cart so it was perfect. We are so pleased and the cart is amazing!

I hold an annual event in Sacramento each spring that requires I rent a number of golf carts for volunteers and security. I wasnt quite happy with the customer service and condition of the carts from the company I used the year previous, so I took a shot in the dark and contacted VIP without prior knowledge or recommendation of them.Apparently choosing VIP was a stroke of luck on my part. They were so quick and easy to deal with! I called them, ordered over the phone and provided credit card info for payment and done!Ive forgotten the young couples names, but they themselves delivered the carts without hassle. They were a pleasure to work with and to meet. And these carts were newish, in excellent condition and came with chargers. Their delivery and pickup price was the most reasonable Ive ever been charged.No hesitation- I will rent from VIP for as long as they let me.

Some of the best technicians iv ever met and have the pleasure of doing business with. Took me from a bad position with my personal golf cart to showing me that there is truly a light at the end of the tunnel. Would not do any business unless its with these guys!

VIP is GREAT!I purchased a used ezo-go cart that wasnt running for a good price....had no idea what was wrong.After troubleshooting they found wiring issues mainly ... Which would only been found by someone proficient in electronic repair.Great job!They also wired up a light bar for me. 100 percent recommendation!Rod

Rented three golf carts for a wedding and had no problems at all. The golf carts looked new, clean, and was way better than I had expected. Prices are very reasonable the people over at the business are very kind and friendly!

VIP is the best !! Everytime we need a cart for the drag races at Sacramento Raceway Farah takes care of us. They have the best customer service around. When we first rented carts I called a couple different places in Sacramento and the first place I called basically said no and hung up and the second place never even called or tried to contact me. VIP was the 3rd place I contacted and gave me a price and worked with me on delivery (even though they were closed that day) from then on Ive called them for all my cart needs. Amazing experience!For many years my firm has sponsored various association golfing events/fundraisers. Typically weve sponsored a hole and set up a booth on the tee box and sit there all day; giving elevator pitches every couple of minutes and counting down the time to pack up - but this year we decided to think outside the box, have more fun, spend time talking with the people who we really needed to talk to, all while creating a buzz that matches with our firms culture. So... We decided to sponsor a courtesy cart; where we would drive around, network with players and provide waters, snacks, etc., I knew that we needed something more luxurious and way more flashy than the standard beige 2 seater bland carts that we are accustomed to on a golf course - not to say those are bad, but we needed something a little more noticeable =)This is when I met Farah - she was so easy to talk to, and made what I assumed would be a complicated procedure - very, very simple.
