I visited Verizon. People were nice except for one person who seemed lazy. He was very nice though. The system was pathetic. I bought two phones at a different Verizon. It took over an hour to be able to pick up two phones and I had the paperwork to just pick them up. After over an hour they were ready.

This place is awesome and has the best prices on essentials like green vibrancy and concentrace minerals. Unfortunately, they dont carry any nascent oxygen supplement. They also have a great ubiquinol selection.

Both of th employees were very nice, the store was extremely well kept too. And it seems to be very organized as well. I would most definitely recommend someone else to this Vitamin Shoppe. Theyre open until 9pm Mon-Fri and until 6pm on the weekends.

I made a large purchase and at the time I asked if I wasn’t satisfied with a product could I return it? The CSR told me yes. I went to return an item to the Arden store because I was looking for Whey protein and the one that he recommended had soy in it and I didn’t notice till after I got home. I never broke the seal or opened it and I was told when I got to the store that sale are final no returns.😡😡😡

Came to purchase 3 full boxes of Quest bars. Unfortunately 1 box had 11 bars instead of 12 and the manager decided he could not add 1 bar of a different flavor to make the box the full 12 even though all single bars were the same price. He lost the entire sale of 3 boxes and inconvenienced me. Customer service was poor. The Citrus Heights store has never disappointed..always well stocked and great customer service.

I went to a differnt vitamin shop I wont say where all I can say is this place sells the name because the vitamins I wanted were $75 and at the vitamin shoppe it was $19.99 I was able to buy so much more not only were the prices amazing but the costumer service was to. Im not sure the mans name who helped me but I went 7/17/2020 around 1pm ill be back soon Gracias 😊

Super knowledge staff. You can buy vitamins almost anywhere but do you know anything about them besides the name? Or the right brands that have fidelity to the listed ingredients? The employees here will provide guidance to help make this the right shopping experience.

Actually SRGNTROCK420, vitamin shoppe employees do not make commission off your sale. They do earn a shared bonus which is different. It does not change their pay whether you purchase 10$ worth of vitamins or $100 worth of vitamins.And they are not marked way up. Jay Robb whey protein on Amazon is 39.06 currently with free shipping. At Vitamin Shoppe with the same free shipping it is 39.99 ( .94cents higher), However with my coupon 15% makes it 33.99. (Saving me $5.07).

My go-to for probiotics. They have the best selection around and a ton of products you wont find anywhere else. Forget GNC. Selection is way better, prices are better. Staff is helpful and friendly.

Not sure if I have ever had a negative experience at a Vitamin Shoppe. This was no exception. Whatever is spent on employee training is money well spent as I appreciate the knowledge and input. Certainly do not feel there is a sales pitch as in other supplement stores.

I am at the store now, I drove over here because it showed an essential oil I wanted for a price. When I got here the price was different the guy told me thats it if I buy it online. He said if I found something online he would price match the exact same thing I did and then he refused to price match it not very honorable no ethics.

The staff is very knowledgeable and have made great recommendations for both idem they thought I would like and nit like based on past purchases. Staff is always friendly and remember returning customers. If your looking for a protein drink try the Isopure Lemonade in the glass bottles. Its new and tastes great.

They have some rare stuff hard to find at other places and for a better price.

Beware return policy. I bought an item, tried to use it. Wanted to return because it was too difficult to use and inaccurate, unlike what the package said. They gave me store credit because I used it. But how would I know I didnt like it unless I tried it first? I also was told it wasnt resellable even though I returned it in its original packaging. I will not shop here again.

Tons of product, but its mostly cheap gimmicky brands marked way up and sold by sales staff who dont lift or even exercise and are not knowledgeable, they work on commision and only want to sell you the most marked up product to make their commision. This is unfortunately the business model for all these types of stores. GNC is the WORST! Do your research first, then order online somewhere. These types of places have fazed out most of the quality products that real bodybuilders take to make room for gimmicky products they can sell to the newbie who hasnt done their research. Sadly these businesses dont realize that operating like that is short lived. The newbies almost never stick to it, so they are not a repeat customer who re-ups, and if they do.....they more than likely have started to do some research and now will not return because you burned them by lying and cheating them.

They have a little of everything. sometimes you can catch him when they have super deals if not this place can put a dent in your pocket.
