Installed new HVAC is July, installation went fairly smoothly. Turned on heater for first time in October and lo and behold it doesnt work. Had to wait a week for them to come out and diagnose and unfortunately it was raining and cold during that time so it was rough with now heat and 2 kids. I asked for an earlier appointment considering the circumstances and they would not accommodate. Appointment day comes and the guy doesnt show. They claimed he quit without notice. Ok so they reschedule for the next day. Guy shows and explains it was simply the gas switch was not switched to the on position. He explains this should have been tested at installation to ensure heat was functioning. I am overall disappointed with the level of commitment to service and the sloppy installation. Hopefully they didnt miss any other steps.

I called on Sunday morning after surviving 1 day of no AC. They initially said they could not come out until Monday, which I scheduled. They called back 45 minutes later and said they could come today! I was SOOOOOO relieved! He arrived earlier than expected, took pictures and explained everything. Price was completely reasonable, they also waive the diagnostic fee if you do the repair with them which 3 other companies did not offer.We also have bulldogs that were starting to struggle with it being 85 in the house!, San was so nice and helpful and super fast. 100% recommend them!

Heard some unexpected noises and immediately reached out for assistance in yelp. Replies were very prompt and very soon a meeting was set up. We were informed ahead of time who would be coming to our home, Jesse Perez. Jesse reached out in advance of his arrival and was respectful of the property and wore his mask. There was more than a cleaning required so he walked me through what he thought were must haves. I appreciated this since we only purchased our home a few months ago and are building up our savings again. His invoice detailed out the price for the repairs ahead of time and we worked out when it made sense for him to come back. Same situation as before, be provided us notice and was on time. Repairs were completed quickly and our unit has been working much better since. Very happy with Jesse and the overall companys professionalism.

The company immediately returned my call, scheduled an appointment for the morning after I called, arrived within the two hour window, called ahead of arrival as promised. Ali, the technician, was professional, pleasant and knowledgeable. He replaced the capacitator, checked to ensure air was flowing properly and explained the problem and future possible problem to be aware of. He did NOT try to upsell me. Reasonable cost. This was the first time I had used them, recommend them highly and will use them again if needed.

AC unit wasnt running properly, the compressor wasnt turning on, and the controller at the air handler was blank. Jaguar was able to set up an appointment the next day to check it out. The technician Marc was able to diagnose a wiring issue quickly and got in touch with his supervisor right away to setup a plan to resolve it. There was no push to add charges and they honor their warranties completely. No corners being cut and everything was left clean and working properly. The repair took a little over an hour and he wasnt rushing to get to the next job before making sure our system was running well. Highly recommended.

UPDATE 11/21: We called Jesse for the upgrade and he and his Phenomenal crew took out our ancient HVAC system and installed a brand new heat pump, whole house fan, ionizer, and thermostat. We received 5 quotes and his was the most competitive price-wise, but included a higher tier system.The team was kind, quick, and a pleasure to engage with. You should hire them.07/21Jesse came on time, diagnosed the problem, and fixed it the same day. He explained the problem with our unit and showed us how he fixed it. The AC is working perfectly, just as he described it would. When we upgrade our 21 year old unit soon, we will absolutely call Jesse again.

Very happy with the experience I had with Jaguar Heating & Air! My AC went out just when the warm weather was starting. I was expecting a long wait to get someone over, but pleasantly surprised that their tech Jessie was able to come by quickly. He was great about explaining the problem & answering questions. Coordinating the repair was made so much easier by his willingness to keep me apprised of his arrival times & how long the repair would take. Most importantly, everything was done right! He really knew his stuff & I am happy to give them a great recommendation.

Jesse was awesome and did a great job...there are many HVAC maintenance vendors out there and what I appreciate was the honesty and integrity....Yes they have to roll a truck, carry insurance and cost of a capacitor is $30 on Amazon...been there done that in the past and had regrets. Keep up the good work ....looking forward for the recharge on freon...

We held off on reviewing them for a long time because we initially had some issues but they have always been super responsive to address any problems that have come up and 5 years later in the middle of a heat wave they came and fixed our unit same day even though they were incredibly busy. The technician was wonderful and clearly explained what went wrong and how he fixed it. We started off with a not so great experience but Im really glad we still use them because they have been wonderful to work with ever since and they saved us in the middle of a 100+ heatwave.

Our AC broke on an over 100 day, they were able to get us next-day service, called to say they were done early and could they show up 2 hours early? HECK YES! Great service, quick response, quality work, and they will come do a heater check-up in the fall as part of the deal. Definitely recommend.

Aldrin was on time, prepared for the work and had a very positive attitude. He quickly analyzed the problem and resolved it because he was well prepared. After the required repairs were done he performed other checks to make sure there were no other problems waiting to appear. After that he checked the filters and replaced them (it was on my list of to dos but, he beat me to it.)

Good communication from the person who booked the appointment to the tech that came out. He explained everything he saw, and answered the questions I asked. I felt like I got about all that I could expect for the price I paid. Only 4 stars because I still had cobwebs on the outside of my condensor fins. (I could have bought a bottle of cleaner, sprayed, and rinsed it myself.) He spent a lot of time on the inside of the unit though, so Im satisfied with his work.

I had an appointment scheduled between 8-10 on Saturday. My wife was home and didn’t hear the door. I receive a text that the service was complete, so I called Jaguar and the lady said he rang the bell and tried to call me, but I never received a call. No big deal Randall was going to come by later. He spent a solid 10 mins and said it was confident it was the thermostat since the AC/fan ran with jumpers on. He offered to replace it for $250 and I declined to purchase my own. New thermostat still the same issue. Heat turns on but AC doesn’t. I called the company again and they said they would send him a message, but no reply over 24 hours later. I called again and they gave his number. It was gonna be another $79 to install. I already paid $79 diagnostic fee. I was willing to pay for the $79 install, but asked if it’s not the thermostat will they figure out what was wrong and he said that would be another $79 fee. Randall said he just thinks I installed the thermostat incorrectly which is fair to think, however, if he diagnosed it correctly and came to install the thermostat correctly and it still doesn’t work then he should stand by his work and find the problem without another diagnostic fee. Definitely won’t be using this company again.

Incredible service! Our air conditioner stopped working today, and it is day 1 of of a 4 day heat wave. I am 9 months pregnant, so repairing our unit was a top priority. We called a bunch of places and no one was able to come out for several weeks, but Jaguar Heating and Air had a tech out to our house within 2 hours! The technician quickly repaired our unit and was incredibly professional. I couldnt be happier!

Absolutely impressed with the sales and service of Jaguar. We had been a customer of another heating and air company and when we called them we were given the hard sell to replace our entire system they pulled every trick possible to get us to spend 15k. I called Jaguar and not only were they fair priced, but they never hard sold me on a total system replacement, that was all I needed. Install just finished and we are very happy with our new Trane Ac system.

Jaguar is Awesome! My AC wasn’t blowing cool so I called them about a service check. They were able to come out the next day, diagnose the problem quickly, make the repair (AC fan capacitor), and check the system for other potential issues. Within a half hour of Aldrin showing up, our AC was blowing cooler than a polar bears fart on the North Pole. The best part, Jaguar waves the service fee for this replacement and handles the warranty of the bad capacitor (since our unit is only 3 years old), which resulted in a VERY fair and reasonable price.Even with the current heat wave, and I’m sure a ton of customers calling with AC issues, they were able to get out and handle our issue very quickly. Aldrin is working long days to keep people like us as cool as the underside of the pillow, and it is much appreciated!! I will definitely be using Jaguar for any future HVAC needs, and I recommend you do the same!

They beat competitors quotes and soon enough Jesse and the techs were working hard for two days and left a mess. We had a cardboard cover for several days before they finally came back to finish the job. Fast forward one month later, its already busted and were left wondering if our kids will get any sleep this weekend in an 85 degree home. If you want the work done effectively and professionally please take your investment elsewhere.Still, the worst part might be administration. Scheduling services is a headache when they never run out of excuses.

Im so upset at their tech named Joe. I thought Jaguar had a good reputation so I called them to see what was wrong with my AC. I wasnt there at the time because he showed up 2 hours early but he told the tenant in the house that he diagnosed the problem to be a failed compressor, and that I would have to replace the unit with a $6,500 unit, but that he would do me a favor by giving me a break if I paid cash. I read his report thats available online via the company website link but I called to ask how he diagnosed the bad compressor, and asked if he actually tested the leads on the compressor itself. He said he just tested the wires and he interpreted the readings to be a bad compressor. When I asked if he tested the compressor, he sort of blew me off like its an old unit and its not worth the effort. I got the impression that he and/or Jaguar doesnt repair old R22 units and just wants to sell and install the newer 410A units. I dont have $6,500 but I cant leave the tenant without AC when its going to be over 100 F all week. I was fortunate enough to reach out to another company, Ricos Heating and Air, and they diagnosed it as a faulty Contactor. They replaced the Contactor and the AC is working once again. The Contactor was about $200 installed! At this point, I would never ever use Jaguar to fix anything of mine again, and would not recommend anyone I know to use them. Or I would tell them to at least to get a second opinion before coughing up big money!

Jaguar, in my opinion is the most reliable and honest AC maintenance provider in the Sacramento area. Unlike Beutler who will try and sell you a new system instead of fixing the problem. Randall arrived, found a blown capacitor and replaced it. G2G

Jesse the technician was professional and knowledgeable. He patiently answered all of my questions and even responded to my emails after work hours! He is extremely responsive and gave me all the information that I needed to have our furnace replaced. We are working on scheduling a date for Jacquar Heating and Air to come out and replace our 13 year old furnace. It is a big investment, however, we believe that they will deliver a quality product with exceptional customer service. Really looking forward to working with them and getting a new furnace!

They had good service and I used for several years. Every time, the workers check upstairs and downstairs carefully, but this time, the guy only spent no more than 20mintues including add the freon which paid extra $210, I did not see any maintenance service, even I paid the membership. I called the company and said the supervisor would call me back, but did not receive any reponse.

Had them come out to give me an estimate on moving my AC to a different location and did a thorough assessment and review of the unit and also looked at my furnace when I asked. They cleaned the heater filter and fixed a drainage issue on the AC, at no charge. I will definitely use them when it’s time to replace those units.

They installed a new hvac for us last year. It is efficient and effective. Sales and service personnel are prompt, polite, and knowledgeable.

While the service was great and the technician did a good job. The only issue I had was that this same issue occurred a month ago and the technician prior said he’d taken care of it. But it was as if he didn’t really look at. The second technician did a much more thorough job and I appreciate that.

Jaguar Heating and Air’s technician, Jesse, came for a routine Fall maintenance check. He was professional, knowledgeable, thorough and friendly. This was our third positive experience with Jaguar, and it is a relief to have found a company we can count on to do honest, reliable work.

This could have been a negative review about how long it took, but this is instead a review about their dedication to complete the job! It ended up being an extremely difficult job installing a mini-split in my garage and they spent literally the entire afternoon/evening to make sure it was completed before the end of the night...and I mean literally the entire evening! Other groups may come back and finish the job the next day or later, but Marc and Tom stayed to complete it so that I can finally have AC in my garage!I had great service with them for my main home HVAC last time (which is working superbly) and now with the garage HVAC, Im thrilled. Our heater was not working for some reason so I did the usual check circuit breaker and replace thermostat battery thing. But still no dice. I remembered calling Janguar for their exceptional service before and decided to call them again. The company scheduled me an appointment right away. The technician Jeff came by was very friendly and nice. He helped identify the problem which was a faulty thermostat and helped replace it with a new one. My fiance said it was the same awesome technician from last time that helped fix our AC. I highly recommend Jaguar for their exceptional service.

Hussam was very helpful and informative. He took pictures of my system so I could see that it was undersized in relation to the size of my house. He also showed me that my ducts are half the size they should be and gave me an estimate what it would cost to replace them. He assured me that it wasn’t urgent and everything was working, just not at maximum efficiency. He also suggested I replace my filter. Very helpful!!

We called Jaguar Heating & Air after we noticed that our heater was sometimes blowing cool air. Melissa took my call, asked me a few questions, and set up an appointment. Our tech, Jesse, arrived on time and even called when he was 10 minutes out, which wasnt necessary but appreciated! It turned out that our filter was so dirty that the system was clogged. Jesse cleaned it out, showed us what to do and how often to avoid the same problem in the future. He also made sure everything was working properly. Overall, a great experience and a very fair price. I would definitely recommend.

This is the 3rd time I’ve used Jaguar. The first 2 times was for maintenance on my ancient AC system, and this 3rd time was when I finally decided to pull the trigger on a brand new AC installation. I will never use another company for my HVAC needs. Everyone who has ever come out to my house from Jaguar has been professional, friendly, and informative. No sales pressure. No “hey since we’re here maybe you should pay us to fix x, y, and z.” They come out, are honest, tell you if anything could use maintenance, how dire said maintenance is, and then they leave the decision completely up to you. They stand behind their work and are reliable and dependable. Once you use Jaguar, you will never even look at another HVAC company again.

They came on time, they have good team, they did them job perfectly, I have good experience with them and I recommended to call them.

Guy came in and took things apart and didnt out back all the screws fron the AC unit, basically told me what I already knew....that my AC doesnt work. Said AC unit was not getting 24 volts to turn it on and that it had a bad wire and said the whole unit was bad. He also left my AC safety switch backward. I wouldnt not recommend, I usually dont write bad reviews but this service was bad.

This company has the best customer service from the office staff to the service techs and they are a very knowledgeable team. I purchased a house in June and the dual zone system never worked right. After calling 2 other companies Jaguar Heating & Air was the only one that could figure out what to do to make it work. These guys showed up on time and the owner did not leave until everything was working correctly, he was also very fair on the pricing and really shows he cares that his customers are happy . This will be the only company I will use from now on.
