Very friendly employee. Approached and acknowledged me immediately upon entering. Came in for a specific herbal compound and he went straight for it. No drama and very reasonable pricing for what I got. Cheaper than on line. This store has a huge selection. If you are in need of Chinese herbs or medicine this is where I would go first.
