We needed a Corian bar installed. Everyone we dealt with was very nice. The young gal who came out to give us a bid was delightful. We had to wait several months for the installation but this was at the height of Covid so understandable, they had a loss of workers. When our installer did come he was so personable, professional and did a great job. We were very happy with the end result.

With one in-home consultation, John was able to show me a drawing of the exact kitchen I had in mind. He offered a few ideas and was very knowledgeable in trends and what works well type of designs. When I had a few changes he was quick to incorporate them and was never impatient or pushy like other businesses I had gone to. Edgar kept me up to date on the schedule of the design, who was performing the work, and responded immediately whenever I had questions. Brandon and Will installed the cabinets with great attention to detail and friendly professionalism. They were very careful with the cabinets and maneuvering around my existing furniture and home. Slav installed the countertop, making the seams virtually seamless and taking care that the fit was absolutely perfect. Overall the Kitchen Mart team was one of the best customer service experiences Ive ever had. They truly work with you and for you. Dont use the big box stores!! Weve been working this project for years and have been getting pricing. Home Depot was a joke at $28,000 for just refinishing and then pressure to buy it. Kitchen Mart had reasonable pricing almost half!, excellent choices and very good craftsman. The counter was spot on and everything was aligned. It was what ever we wanted and picked out they installed no hassle. They treat you as well as you treat them. We got along great, the installers were the best. Pictures of my 1984 kitchen with New Caldona marble. I did all the leg work, demo which saved a lot on the bid. We have a large fire brick sink, get the better one as they are sized correctly.

We highly recommend the excellent Kitchen Mart project team to complete your project. They worked quickly and efficiently to complete our kitchen island remodel at a reasonable cost. Our project included them making the island level, realigning the electrical and re-plumbing from the ground, then installing new appliances and counter top. It opened up our kitchen and family great room. They worked hard to make us happy with the end result. We would definitely hire them for future kitchen or bathroom projects.

KitchenMart did a wonderful job on my kitchen. We kept our existing cabinets and KitchenMart installed new doors, drawers and countertops. At the end, I was impressed that during the final steps, the employee took it upon himself to call someone out to do further cleanup. Just finished up a kitchen remodel with Kitchen Mart and couldnt be happier with the entire process!The designer (Susan Broaddus) was awesome and came up with a near-perfect design. I made a couple small tweaks but everything else was her execution of the concepts rolling around my brain, Pinterest pages, etc.One of the things that drew me to Kitchen Mart is that they do all the work in-house (i.e., no subcontractors). My project manager (Edgar Mendoza) was an awesome communicator with eMail, text messages, or calls on a regular basis and the KM team would call to remind me of project checkpoints (e.g., start of demo, inspections, etc.). The individual team leads were great as well, in regular contact, and receptive to questions or suggestions. From demo though construction, plumbing, electrical, cabinetry, counters, and to final hookups, everything Kitchen Mart did was done with great care.Id heard horror stories of change orders, etc. but my job only had three small change orders, one of which was my fault. Two of the change orders were actually credits and the third was to cover the cost of the inspections (which I was expecting since the actual cost isnt known up front).Even with a couple issues (neither their fault), they stuck to the schedule without exception and completed the job on the day promised. They were VERY clean and were even cleaning/dusting the floors *outside the construction* area on the last day. The quality of the cabinetry (KraftMade) and Kitchen Marts craftmanship is exceptional.I was 110% happy with how everything turned out and wouldnt hesitate to use them for additional projects!

We used KitchenMart to replace our kitchen counters. They were helpful and had wonderful customer service. I wasn’t sure of the process from start to finish and they walked me through step by step. The paperwork was easy to understand and I was able to ask follow up questions as needed with fast replies. The price was great and I’m very pleased with the final result.

Anthony worked with my husband to make sure that the installation will go smoothly and hopefully without a hiccup.Last, but certainly not least, Vlad and Marcus installed the chiseled edge Cambria quartz countertop. Followed by Steve and Austin who took a couple of days to install our unique pebble back splash. It all turned out so fantastic and we are very thankful to the professionalism of Kitchen Mart. From start to finish Kitchen Mart was responsive to my needs. John Ryan helped me with the design and was patient through all the changes to get me exactly what I wanted. Chris Harrison was my project manager and went above and beyond on the project. I couldnt have asked for a better person to lead the project. His crew was professional and efficient. Im really happy with how it all turned out. My only advice, be clear on all aspects of the project and the cost before you sign the contract. I would use Kitchen Mart again and would recommend them.

Contracted with them for kitchen cabinet refacing because of their good reputation. There were a few delays due to incorrect doors ordered and cabinet finish was not right on one door, but they were always responsive and flexible with scheduling. We had several different technicians come to the house during this project and all were professional and polite. Although Kitchen Mart may not have been the lowest cost, but well worth it. I think they are a good honest company and one that treats their employees and customers ethically and with respect.

Unbelievable organization from the first contact to the final cleanup. We did our kitchen and three bathrooms in under 5 weeks. They use no outside contractors so each step was followed by the next crew like clockwork. From demolition to rerouted plumbing to final counter tops and tile. Highly recommend. We would be back but we did it all !!

Kitchen Mart replaced my kitchen counters. They worked with me throughout the whole process. I even was able to go to the main store and lay out my counter top on the quartz myself (with their help) so I have a customized design specific to me. They were professional, nice and $7,000 less than the other estimate I received! I highly recommend them!

A friend of a friend had recommended Kitchen Mart. My husband and I decided to go with them, because we have a lot of friends who have had remodeling work, which turned into a lengthy, drawn out process. We were interested in a company which was a one stop shop, with a staff who could handle everything needed to get the job done. Its particularly a good company to use if you know exactly what you want ahead of time, or dont mind figuring it out yourself. The schedule was a bit rocky due to covid interruptions, however once the work began, it was done in a timely manner for the most part. Love my new kitchen!

Did a fantastic job remodeling our half-bath into a full bath. Expanded it into a former adjacent closet, moved the commode to the other side, which was a difficult undertaking given that there was a stairway angling over the new commode location, then added a tiled shower stall with all kinds of handicapped accessories. I had my kitchen counter and back splash updated. I was apprehensive about Kitchen Marts services because even though the job had one man over seeing the remodel a different person was scheduled for each job that had to be done to complete the project. I was impressed with the fact that I was allowed to go to the company that had ordered the slabs that I had seleted for y counter tops. They had the cut out patterns that were to be used for the counter tops. I could place the patterns exactly where I wanted them cut. Yes a different person came for each portion of the project and each person was extremely knowable about his job. I was impressed with not only the person that came but their depth of knowledge of how to do their job. Each technician went over board to perform what he was sent to do. The completed job is beyond my expectations. I have now hired Kitchen Mart to replace my fireplace and paint the rest of the room to compliment the new fireplace, I will hire them with confidence in the future for any job I need done.

Every aspect of our project was very professional.We are very happy with the end result. Our 13 year old Corian kitchen counter developed a huge crack and needed to be replaced, and weve always wanted a tile back splash, now we have a beautiful backsplash and quartz kitchen counter. We refaced our kitchen cabinets a few years ago, but we didnt do the living room nook cabinets. Kitchen Mart built new cabinets to match our kitchen. We installed a mini beverage fridge in the living room nook. It all turned out beautifully. I would highly recommend Kitchen Mart.

Good work and quick on doing the job. This was our second time using Kitchen Mart. They did our kitchen countertops on our condo and was excellent done. We then had them do our current house: countertops, backsplash and refacing the cabinets. It has been a week and so far it still looks great. Staff were on time, knew what they needed to work on and cleaned afterwards. Love it that they don’t outsource any jobs. They maybe getting more calls from relatives/friends that also like the end result of the project.

We had very specific ideas to include with the new cabinetry, countertops and various customizations. We are VERY HAPPY we hired Kitchenmart. We had specific custom upgrades that required some creativity in our new island, and it turned out beautifully.I think a business differentiates itself when they are able to resolve unforseen issues that can come up. We had an issue with the depth of our wall inset for one set of cabinets, and Kitchenmart was able to offer options to make our new kitchen plan still look the way we wanted it to. Another custom issue was creatively resolved with a new design that we are very happy with as well.Our new cabinets and counters look amazing and work beautifully. Not only did our very outdated kitchen look fantastic when they were done, but I was amazed at the quality of work each Kitchen Mart employee brought to our house. From the moment, we walked in to Kitchen Mart the first time, to the very last day, everyone was so pleasant, professional, and willing to ask questions as well as give some advice.Danny McElroy was one of the employees who was at our house each and every day, from tear-down, to building. Since our house is a bit older, there were issues with things not being perfectly square, and at time, very off kilter, but Danny always found a way around the issue to provide us with a beautiful result.I want to thank Tim, Mike and Ed as well (hope I did not miss anyone) who worked so hard to make our dream kitchen a reality. They were all so great to work with.I would trust Kitchen Mart again and again and will definitely recommend them to all of our friends and relatives.

Kitchen Mart remodeled a two-sink vanity and moved an oven for us. the quality of work was excellent; the estimated prices were met without further adjustment; the office staff and the workers were polite and neat and willing to answer our questions; we did not have to deal with subcontractors. We might have found lower prices elsewhere but did not shop around when our first encounter with them matched their reputation. The only downside was two delays in scheduling parts of the project, making the whole project last a few weeks longer than originally projected. The delays were frustrating and left things looking unfinished but did not interrupt basic usabiity of the appliances.

Kitchen Mart has renovated both of my bathrooms over the years, and I am very happy with the result. They did my master bath several years ago and the workmanship has held up beautifully. We thoroughly enjoyed our recent kitchen update. We had quartz installed 12 years ago by Kitchen Mart. We needed a change and chose granite after getting input from just about everyone. We ordered the granite slabs from Arizona Tile. Tim Doscher, Project Coordinator, arrived as scheduled and went over everything including scheduling, fixtures, who would be in the house and for how long. Next to arrive was the demo crew and the kitchen looked even better with plywood. They cleaned up the kitchen so I could use appliances (except the dishwasher and stove).The template crew came next and were excellent. They were so precise with their measurements and made sure wed be happy with where the joint would be. My husband met with Andrew in fabrication and they laid out the templates. There was some stone left over so we had table tops made. The install took two days and was done without a hitch. The entire process took 2 weeks. Kitchen Mart workers were at my home about 5 days. I am so impressed with Kitchen Mart. They are my go to for kitchen and bath remodel.

The drivers are very rude and drive in an unsafe manner. Today on Elk Grove-Florin Rd in Elk Grove at around 12:30 PM we signaled and pulled to the right side of the road preparing to make a right turn onto Heritage Hill to go into our neighborhood. A KitchenMart van suddenly pulled to the right, in front of us, with no signal and turned right onto Heritage Hill. We had to brake quickly and honked the horn. Then the van made another right turn onto Benton Circle and once again they failed to use their turn signal. We pulled up along side them and told them they needed to use their turn signal so other drivers know their intentions. They did not apologize but instead yelled at us stating we had pulled to the right too soon to make our turn. But no explanation as to why they would not use their turn signals during either right turn. They were very rude and obnoxious. Given this experience I know we would never use Kitchen Mart for any work on our home. These people were irresponsible and would not admit they used poor judgment in their driving habits. Not the kind of people we want in our home or even in our neighborhood.

Kitchen Mart in Rocklin helped with our counter-tops for our new build. My first experience I had to bring my kids in to look at samples of the Cambria quartz counters. They are quite rambunctious, and the whole staff was very accommodating and gracious while I tried to corral them and check all the samples. I was so appreciative for everyone who works there for making us feel comfortable and welcome. They also gave me some tips on how to reduce the cost of the counter by designing the counters and island to be 90 degree angles since I was purchasing by the square foot. They actually saved me a lot of money with the excellent suggestions. I was communicated with through the entire process. Also, Kitchen Mart is one of the few Cambria dealers, which means they can charge by the square foot. That mean you dont have to buy an entire slab and cut from it, so in the long run, there is a major savings! The installer who came out was very friendly and professional. I plan to eventually get new counters in our bathrooms and plan to use Kitchen Mart again, when that time comes. I would recommend them to anyone!

They gave us a calendar outlining how the project would proceed and never deviated one bit. They showed up every day, on time and did exactly what they said they would. I love the refaced cabinets and new drawers and doors. It all looks fantastic and Randy was very skilled. It was a little messier than I expected with the sanding dust but all worth it.

We have owned a local building materials supply company in Sacramento for 18 years so have allot of connections within the building and remodeling industry. We chose Kitchen Mart for several reasons. They do all of their shop and on-site work in-house, rather than relying on subs, they have a great company culture, their pricing is fair given the quality of their work. When they were on site went out of their way to protect our finishes with plastic and packing blankets. They communicated well throughout the process, payed attention to what was important to us. An example of this was that I wanted the grain in the natural stone(granite) to flow together where the joined. I have included a couple of photos of how well their fabrication team did with this. The counter top and its waterfall was from 2 separate slabs of granite. It has been installed for over a month and still makes me smile every time I walk by and look at it.

These guys knocked it out of the park!! Top-notch professionals, who go above and beyond. Super customer service, outstanding work ethic, seamless installation of our island hood, and demonstrated experience removing and repairing cabinets. Absolutely exceeded our expectations. Great job, guys!

Excellent work on our recently completed kitchen remodel. Project proceeded on schedule and without major issues. Work people were professional and polite, and cleaned up at the end of each day. Our project manager paid attention to the finishing details and satisfied all our requests before asking for final payment. Kitchen Mart was probably on the high end in terms of bids, but it was definitely worth it.

Kitchen Mart exceeded our expectations. From our initial contact with Steve and his help/suggestions, through our bathroom remodel with Greg and Jon, our master bath remodel was perfect. Cant say enough about Jon, his knowledge, assistance and suggestions throughout the project. All the workers were great. Will be coming back for additional remodel areas in the near future. Highly recommend Kitchen Mart. A major plus is that Kitchen Mart does not use subs. Everything is handled in-house.

My mother had a walk in tub installed and new cabinet built. Not only were they very professional from the start, but also conscientious. They went above and beyond what I consider normal to see that my mom was comfortable in her home during construction. They were on time and all the work that was done was beautiful. I would absolutely recommend them.

This was our second contract with Kitchen Mart, the first two years ago with a complete bathroom remodel and now a complete Kitchen rejuvenation. In both cases the timeline was adhered to, the workmen were prompt and efficient and, very importantly, cleaned up after work. The staff who estimated the job were open about costs and their recommendations as to hardware were appropriate and suggested that they were well versed in the products available/used. We were and are very happy with the services and work performed. We have NO hesitation in recommending Kitchen Mart for either/both kitchen and bathroom remodels.

Because I live in a different state, I had to give permission to pick out and show me over phone what choices I had. They did a good job stuck to the time line, and arrived on the days they said they would. I looks very nice(over phone). I cant wait to see it.

Our master bathroom turned out beautifully. There were only a couple of delays that had nothing to do with Kitchen Mart. All of the crew were great. They were personable and efficient at their work. They took care to include me when decisions about small items had to be made and they went above and beyond (and a little further) to give us the bathroom of our dreams. Kitchen Mart put in quartz kitchen counter tops, sink, faucet and garbage disposal along with removing the old counter tops. I wanted to wait and use the kitchen a bit before writing a review to see if I was as happy with it as when it was first installed and Yes I am. I have been using the kitchen a month now and I am very happy with how it looks and functions. They made some changes for me to make it more functional for my needs. I am more than thrilled with how it looks and is working out. I was happy with the price, and impressed with the guys that came in and did the different jobs. They worked around my vacation plans which meant redoing the schedule and even coming in on 4th of July to get the job done in time. I would recommend them with no hesitation.

We have hired Kitchen Mart twice! The first time to remodel a very outdated kitchen, and the second time to update a utility room to a lovely half bath and laundry combo, and we added some additional kitchen cabinetry and replaced our tile flooring. We couldnt be happier with the work and the very reliable service. The estimated project completion time took longer than anticipated but it was well worth the wait. Reliable company which is not always the case with contractors. No broken promises, no delays, arrived on time and completed the job quickly as promised.

From the first moment we stepped in Kitchen Marts office for a quote, until our project was complete, the service was outstanding.One of the major differences in service is that all parts of the project are done ‘in house’ (no outside vendors). which translates for us, the customer, into a smoother timeline because Kitchem Mart has more control...no nasty surprises. If there is a problem or question...you go to ONE vendor, Kitchen Mart who takes care of it. (We had questions but no problems).All the employees, are super friendly and know their job. One employee (Andrew Moss) even went so far as to show us OUR specific quartz slab in the rain (we really wanted to see it before installation). He even took the time to measured and tape where the cuts in the slab would be so we could see if there was any flaws or variations in color we wanted to avoid. This was so above expectations and very impressive.Our home is small, but the installers showed the same respect and courtesy they would for a larger project. They were careful not to ‘ding’ our walls and laid down heavy paper to protect the floors. Excellent!For this project we only had new Quartz kitchen counter tops put in and not one ‘hiccup’. We will certainly use them for our upcoming projects without any reservations.

I used Kitchen Mart for my kitchen remodel years ago and used them this past year for a bathroom remodel. The kitchen was a great experience, the bathroom was good but not great. The bathroom team was not as detail oriented and the job seemed to require more attention on my part. But, I would still recommend Kitchen Mart because they do get things done in a timely manner and do good work.
