Really yummy ice cream spot! The sorbet is amazing!!! The customer service is good. Parking can be a bit of a problem, but that’s because it’s in downtown so just be aware of that. But the location of this place is great, very nice place to come sit and enjoy.

Didn’t know there was a Haagen Dazs in Sacramento!! The line was long and they were out of Belgian chocolate, but you still can’t hate on this ice cream! 5 stars for life 🌟 🍦

Giving 2 stars for 3 reasons,1) quality if ice cream is not as good as we get in similar shops in Europe.2)Owner refuses to mix double flavors in mini cup, basically forcing customers to buy more! This is usually a deal breaker for our kids, who watch amounts of sugar consumption, yet when they want to try multiple flavors.3) Price is way too high for low quality, and disallowed flavor selections.

I ordered two hot chocolates from this franchise, both costing $6.50 each. This has been the worst experience of my life and Ive been hate crimed before These hot chocolates themselves are a hate crime. They are both not hot, and do not taste like anything. Would not reccomend anyone to come here unless they just wanna waste their money.

Nasty product... Ice Cream.

Pricey, ice cream was tasty but the last few times Ive been, maybe Im too much of a neat freak, but the place could use a good wipe down. The counter had layers of residue from previous ice cream orders and the even from the outside on the bench across the way, where we were enjoying our treat, you can see a good layer of dust on the lamps inside the parlor. Just saying its in DOCO, everything still looks fresh and new. Little details go a long way to stay up to date.

Wonderful girl with short blondish hair helped me and was extremely nice. I came in at a reasonable hour around lunch. Ive seen this place get really busy before, and with only a single employee sometimes to close the entire store, so kudos to them for always keeping the place stocked and clean.

Visited this location on opening day and was one of the lucky ones to get a free scoop. I opted for the cup but they were offering a cone as well. Service was quick and the ice cream tasted pretty good, hard to beat free but ice cream was nothing special. Located right next to the Arena in a nice safe location.

This is one of the best ice cream parlors in Sacramento. If the price was a little less it would be the best. A while back i helped find a leak from the floorsink in the back. At the end of the job i tried the ice cream, awesome i was hooked.I brought home 2 quarts.I guest you get what you pay for, at least you can savior the taste that is truly enjoy what you pay for

Häagen-Dazs has some of the best ice cream and milkshakes that Ive ever had in my life. If you love ice cream, this is your dream shop. They have so many good flavors, such as Butter Pecan, which theirs is the best Ive had, Belgian Chocolate, which is so rich it should have a diamond-encrusted Rolex, and the ever so delicious Caramel Cone, just to name a few. This is an ice cream lovers paradise. Id give it a million stars here if I could, and I definitely recommend it for all ice cream fanatics everywhere.

Typical Hagen daas location. Good thing is that you can seat outside and there is security around. Parking can be tricky but there is a parking lot underneath.If you are walking, Google maps will guide you the the back door. Just take a look at the map when youre near by.

Received a wonderful greeting upon entering and waited about 5 mins, as there were others being served. Another family walk in and stand in front of us (right side we were in the middle, as the persons who were before us were now at the register paying) then another couple on the left side enter (or appeared to enter after us. When the worker Anna walked near the couple to the left us and asked are they ready, we became confused as we were standing in line first (or we thought). We explained that we were there first and she explained she was helping them before we arrived. Problem 1: there is no clear line structure upon entering the establishment. Anyone who walks in can stand where they want (right, left, middle in front of ice cream counter) making it confusing as to who was there first. Problem 2: it wouldve been more professional if Anna wouldve said something like welcome in, Ill be with you shortly as I am assisting this couple. Instead she began attempting to argue that the couple was there before us instead of validating concerns of confusion as to the line structure and order of who will be helped.

I consider myself a professional icecream taster lol. I love their icecream and there are so many options to choose from. It can be a little more pricier then other places. I ordered the white chocolate raspberry flavor and it was beyond delicious. The inside doesnt have much seating, be prepared to sit outside.

I went there on 12/19/2018 Wednesday and Trent was my server and he did a great job assisting me and letting me try different flavors and he gave me great customer service and I will be going there all the time!!!!

Showed up 30 mins before closing, and they said they are closed even though their doors were unlocked but when I walked in they said they can’t serve anything because they’re closed. It was 8:30pm on a Sunday night, and I showed them on google it says they close at 9pm. But they said “sorry we decided to close early today”

It was the first time I had ever been in there and this girl name charlie totally helped me and you so patient with me and sweet and let me test test test whatever I wanted so I can make the right decision I will definitely be back

The smallest and most expensive scoops of ice cream I think Ive ever had. It was good ice cream, but for the price I could have purchased an entire half-gallon at the grocery store.

I think the owner forgot I was in the store. He literally screams at employees and at people on the phone. No wonder I never see the same worker twice.

Great quality, but very understaffed during an event at golden one center. We waited in line for 20 minutes, with 2 dozen people behind us and only one person behind the counter helping customers.

We were killing time before a concert. The rassberry white truffle was very flavorable as was the bourbon vanilla!

I came in saturday night November 17th. I work at punch bowl and come in often . I came in 5 minutes before closing and she looked at me with this horrible look on her face and said please dont do this to me... We close in 5 minutes it was extremely unprofessional. She should be spoken with. I didnt get my milk shake
