Was going here but got tired of the closing at lunch and pressuring everyone out, closing early when they chose to, and just general unhelpful business. Last week I called to ask if theyd be there at 4:15 as i was an hour away - they said yes. I just had to grab 4 rings. Thats it. But then when i arrived at 4:10 they had locked up but were still inside and of course were not going to answer the door. There were another 2 guys outside waiting too. It appears they decided again to just close up rather than stay open til they posted hours (4:30). No worries as one of the guys outside led me to another place up the street where they were really helpful and open til 5. No reason to go back to this place.

Their prices are OK...but there are two tall guys working there that you gotta be very careful...they try to give you wrong prices to charge you MORE for a wrong item... also for a return, they tried to refund me less than what i paid for and until i caught them.!! (mainly two tall young simple workers there)! the rest of the crew are fine...so be careful not to get any help from two tall young workers there...

Do not buy anything from this place, chan the man behind the counter its a smartmouth lacks knowledge on their products would recommend you the wrong things, & when you try to return it, impossible. Go to JMZ steel & supply on power inn instead better products & service.

The guys there have great customer service. Just one guy was rude and walked away when i asked a question. I believe his name was Wong but besides that the other guys was great!!!!
