My husband and I purchased a car from this company. We drove it back to Chicago. The owner is a man of his word. I felt the prices were a bit more than the competition but the service must have been covered in it because the service was great. Toyota in Chicago was impressed with the condition of the car. Thank you Todd. At the end of the day, after visiting about 15 dealerships from Santa Cruz to Sacramento I am glad we went with this group. Lutes Mitsubishi went above and beyond for me. Thursday I was installing a new shifter bushing and it broke. Friday morning I contacted them and Steve in parts was able to find the parts and even made sure that someone could get it for me on Saturday to install myself. I will definitely be coming back for any problems I might have and any purchases for stock parts in the future.

I have been an owner of a Eclipse for about ten years and absolutely loved my car. When it finally died on me, my first thought was to get another Mitsubishi because I had virtually no problems until the tenth year. I went after work and there was no one there to help me, which was fine. I waited and was then greeted by the manager. As we walked out to look at cars he goes what are you looking for and I said the Outlander and he brought me over the cars to look at and explain. I asked if he had any used ones on the lot that we could look at too. At that point he completely changed his tone, said he didnt have any, asked me for my credit/budget. When I said I had a total cost in mind not a monthly payment and my credit score he basically told me to come back when I was pre-approved. Then he continued to talk over me and not listen to a word I was saying He was rude, disrespectful and honestly dismissed me. I walked off that lot in shock and awe that the MANAGER would treat a customer like that. They have lost my business and loyalty, I am so disappointed and disgusted.

Jerry Grogan is the most unprofessional internet sales director Ive ever had the displeasure of dealing with. He talks down to you as if you are nothing and thinks you have no experience buying cars. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone! Take your money elsewhere where you will be treated with respect and integrity. You guys should be ashamed of employing someone of this nature.

Lutes Mitsubishi is a shady used car dealership and Im writing this review to help others avoid wasting their hard earned money by purchasing from Lutes. Todd Lutes, Jerry Grogan (sales rep), and Tifny Moreno (service dept), do not care about their customers or the quality of the pre-owned vehicles they sell above Kelly Blue Book prices and they are extremely unprofessional. After they have your money, you no longer matter to them. If you are looking to invest in a quality vehicle for yourself and/or your family please do yourself a huge favor and do not purchase from Lutes Mitsubishi! I only chose one star because I had to, if I had the option I would give zero stars for this dealership.

Im not one to write bad reviews, in fact I have NEVER given a place less than 3 because I believe in positivity, but this slum deserves it. I walked into this delarship happy and expecting to test drive a Kia Sorento SXL. The facilities were dirty and small, but i didnt mind because I really wanted to see the car. Long story short after having to chase down a salesman 2 help us, and asking about a car that he wouldnt even unlock because he grabbed the wrong key we wanted to test drive. He asked us how long we were out buying a car and we said 1-2 months and were just in the starting stage, then he rudely said that we cannot test drive because we werent buying today and its not Kia corporate policy we then went to Folsom Lake Kia and found out that policy does not exist. Long story short stay away from this disgusting slum.

Rude, unprofessional, did not fix my warrantied 4 year old car. So it broke down again in a dangerous place, and the would not honor warranty. Instead they tried to sell me an expensive battery. I had to have it retowed to another KIA Dealership for repairs.

Called about a truck on the internet that had been there for185 days. Jerry said he would pull it out and hold it for me. I told him i was coming over a hundred miles away didnt want to come out for no reason and he said that would be fine. Two hours later i get there and he told me the fleet manager just sold it. Then the excuses started coming. Im sure the fleet manager knew what he did and left jerry high and dry. If management is shady though so is the whole place probably. They did offer to sell me a more expensive truck though

My worst experience ever purchasing a truck... this thing has nothing but issues I have had the truck less than a month and its been to the dealer 2 times already I just got it back yesterday and today I found myself running down a hill due to the e-brake failing...Imo doesnt matter if you do the work to someones vehicle after they purchase the vehicle, who has that kind of time to waste waiting for you fix things. If you cannot inspect a vehicle prior to sale properly you dont belong in the car sales game.

Bought a car from here and I must say these people are good honest people that stick to their word. There were a few problems with my car and eMotorsWest saw to it that I was paid for the repairs AFTER I had already signed off on it! Can you imagine a used car salesman doing that? I didnt think so either but these guys are apparently a different breed! Do not hesitate to purchase a car here. check out yelp for some more reviews. EVERY SINGLE REVIEW is 5 stars, even the filtered ones. This place is legit!
