Family friendly Under new management always improving. new homes available wich makes the park look nice

Unethical management company!Cascade corporate has and will evict people simply because they dont like them.Better be in good with the manager!I give them no stars.

Sacramento Sun is ran by a very efficient couple. Tammy the manager is very curtious, on top of things and best of all very fair!!!Her husband Anthony, is very nice. He gets the dirtier jobs at park. Cleaning up messes.The best thing about him is he loves Yorkies!!!!! I would highly recommend living here. Management is one of the best ways to figure out which kind of place you will be living at. Thumbs up for our management team. They both deserve raises!!

This park is adorable with several new mobile homes for sale. Its very clean and well kept. The manager and community leader Chris and Tammy are a pleasure to work with. Both are very knowledgeable about their community and the residents. I recommend this park to anyone interested or just give them a call if you need a recommendation for another location.

Nice people live in the community. I feel safe having my daughter live there...

Lovely neighbor community and very family friendly Tammy the manger keeps everything in order and anytime there is any issues such as something break it is fixed right away. Very clean park and animal friendly as well.

This park is clean, well maintained. Havent met the manager. The place my friend is buying is in the back and he loves what he has chosen.

This is a small park with very nice residents and a new manager. Although it is older and needs work, they are trying hard to improve the facilities. The manager went above and beyond to accommodate us even though we had to leave unexpectedly.

Been at this park since August and haven’t had no issues with management Monica previous manager was a pleasure to meet Tammi the current manager is also a great person to work with have been in difficult positions this place came right on time very thankful for finding this spot.

I came across thir GEM. I was looking for a peaceful and respectful community. As a Government Anylst that travels throughout the State and Washington, DC. When I come home, I barbecue and its relaxing. My neighbors are friendly and kind. This place is affordable. Sacramento Sun RV is not only a RV Park, its home.

This park has really cleaned up its act! Definitely a different park than its ever been before! Lots of new homes!

I can not believe how beautiful the park is looking from all the new rock put in to all the painting that has been done along the curbs, lawn looks like someone is doing a great job !!!

Great little Rv park and Very quiet

As most trailer parks the people who hang around outside day and night makes you feel like youre in the ghetto or you just entered into a drug haven. Never leave your car unlocked or unattended for long or it might not be there when you want to leave. And this place has the worst parking Ive ever seen. Oh and dont be surprised when the police pull you over just because they see you leaving at anytime of day or night. The police seemed to get a little upset when they cant find any drugs or other reasons to run you into jail.

What a difference a few months can make! New homes coming in and the community is improving every day!

Wonderful place to live!

It is the worst park ever!!! The owner is a slum landlord! I have lived here for seven years there is an investatation of rats and roaches last year the electrical was messed up but seems to be great now. I know you will never find a cheaper rate on electricity there are lots of people who cause problems and no they dont live here but they still cause problems and Geniva Erickson is a good manager she does all she can with what she has to work with. It is nice an shady though. And the police are in there quite regularly sometimes daily as are the probation department undercover police and hiway patrol and firetrucks. Several people have passed away from one reason or another and in seven years a estimate of probably 25.Karen Carrara 5/24/2017

Small great place to live

Rent a space at your own risk. Dont be surprised if anything not deadbolted down comes up missing, this should include your bike, car, dog..., ect. I know i lived there for two years

The owner is a true slum lord. He does nothing to improve the property. Lets everything fall to disrepair and is in denial about electrical problems that plague his park.

I live here and the bad reviews are VERY VERY accurate it some times take 5 - 10 minutes to get to our trailer because of people fighting and people parking wherever they please, BUT now its got a new owner and new manager so Im hoping theyll be fair and actually clean this place up

The ones that give the bad reviews are the ones we have evicted and or we are trying to keep them out of park. Our major problems are from those that do not even live in park. And our tenants are afraid to keep them out because of retaliation. Also too many chiefs not enough Indians

Hopefully I will be able to move in!
