My catalytic converter was stolen. After calling around several shops in the area I was left frustrated by the ridiculous prices ($3k+) to get my car fixed. When I called A1 they agreed to look at the damage the next day and quoted me much less. They finished the job the same day and it cost under 1k. Honest owners, fast services, unbeatable prices. I had my cadillic converter stolen off my car and I thought it would cost me a couple of thousand dollars to get it replaced because they would have to weld a new exhaust pipe into place. Not only was it WAY less expensive than I had anticipated but they did it the same day. Best auto repair place that I have visited. Too bad they only do mufflers, cadillic converters and exhaust systems otherwise I would use them for all of my automotive needs.

I highly recommend this business as it’s the only place we trust for our classic cars, jeeps and everyday drivers. Very efficient, trustworthy, professional and great customer service.

Sacramento = catalytic converter theft central! Unfortunately had my catalytic converter stolen from both my Honda elements. Called 7 places in Sac for pricing. By far the best prices by over $250 less and in n out quick.I caught someone in the act with my 2nd element and had half sawed off....they were able to weld it back together super quick and charged only 50 bucks...also offered to weld rebar to at least make it harder for thieves for another 50....wish i took them up on that cause the OEM one got stolen a week later!

I arrived at 9am and my truck was put on the lift, my problem diagnosed and the work begun by 9:15 at a reasonable price!! All without an appointment!One hour and a half later my truck was finished, problems solved and sounded awesome!Very professional shop with friendly knowledgeable people!

I LOVE this place!When my husbands Honda was stolen and the took the catalytic converter they replaced it at a really reasonable price.Later when my Hyundai wouldnt pass smog because someone had replaced my converter with one that wouldnt pass smog inspection also extremely reasonable.I refer everyone I know to this shop!

Worst experience ever. The man told me that I needed two Cadillac converters, I paid him 1500 and when I left the check engine light came back on. I went back and he told me I needed o2 sensors now. So I needed o2 sensors from the beginning for 200 and instead charged me 1500 for something I did not need. There theiefs and liars do not go they will lie and rob you!
