Updated: 10/6/2017. Karaoke Best Price Equipment did resolved the issues listed below by listening and replacing the equipment. Therefore, I do have to give them the 5 stars as they deserve. The real problem here was that they were too busy. Resolved !!! And Im happy!!!Prior Review:Bought a $3,000 karaoke system 3 years ago and didnt work as intended. They said it was my TV and I bought $2000 TV. Also bought thousands of additional songs. Wasted a lot of time making trips to try to resolve it but they are always busy and they dont have time for me now. I wasted my money. Worse purchase ever made. The karaoke system is malfunctioning and I cannot use it.

Do not buy from here. Refer to yelp reviews. Product does not work like promised but all sales are final. Wasted 1300.00 on a system that crashes whenever I have visitors. Save your hard earned money for something else.
