Awesome selections and these folks really care. They test all used records before placing them out for sale. I wish all record stores would do that!

Friendliest record store in town. They maintain a nice capacity so its not super crowded. The employees know their stuff and are happy to give recommendations without being condescending or judgy. Ive actually learned a lot talking to them. I love this shop.

I found three albums I wanted but hadnt seen around and they were priced very fairly.Theyre in a great spot, just near the outside of Sacramento. When I stopped by, there was a great food truck.Im really excited to return and spend more time. They have a great setup and the staff is great. I have a passion for record shopsand this is a great one. Other local shops give heavy competition, but Phono Haas something special.Go check it out. Youll see.

Lots of good priced used cds. Im not a big vinyl guy but the but the employees seemed knowledgeable and the had a big vinyl selection for these days. I would have given it 5 stars but I love to see other used books and comics, they had some DVDs and blu ray but barely any comics.

Very kind help. Caters mostly to the punk/new wave crowd but carries limited selection of other genres. You should have no problems finding a gem or two. Pricing is a bit on the upper end but, older used albums are carefully inspected and in great condition. Overall, I foresee myself making regular trips to this shop.

Love this place because no matter how much punk they have in there they always had a wide variety of everything else and it seems like they tend to focus on the classical mix and the new wave of DJs

A record store for the hardcore collector and the casual buyer. Tons of rare records, must listen to records and cool music memorabilia. Dal the owner operator has all the rock knowledge you will ever need tucked under that hat and truly seems to enjoy talking music without the music snob attitude. Be prepared to leave with a better record collection!

Simply fantastic. A friend recommended this store to me years ago and now I would not go through town without stopping by it. Helpful, knowledgeable, courteous and just great are thoughts that come to mind when I think of Phono Select. This is by far my favorite record / CD store. If you like music, then this is your store :)

They told me they buy used records. I did bring there over 100 records. The man chosen only 1 record to buy. He even didnt check everything. Just told me that nobody is interested on it. I sold right there 3 records for some his customer. And after it he said that nobody is interested on my stuff...

Not your average record store. If you are looking for the Eagles or Neil Diamond, this is probably not your place. Really cool selection of hardcore, punk, etc.
