I have been a customer since I moved to Sacramento in 2013..I have always had great customer service...So when I moved out of the neighborhood I wanted a mail box however didnt want to deal with us postal boxes or ups who prices were crazy! Plus the two ups stores that I went to get information from were not that good with customer service!.. I love this place even when I close my mail box account I will still drive across town for their Great customer service on other things that I may need them to do😊👍🌻

The staff at Postal Annex on Elkhorn Blvd in Sacramento are the best. They helped cover for me when I was out of town and my box overflowed! They reminded me when my box was past due. They always greeted me with a big smile and always asked me how they could help. Best!!

I just got my Live Scan done here and it was rejected due to poor quality of their Live Scan Scanner. I had to go somewhere else get the Live Scan done again and pay all the fees a again what a waste of time and money.

Live Scan done here for Security Guard Card but they never send the background results to the licensing department and they refused to issue refund.

Its a very good, convenient, professional and friendly place. I can just drop off boxes that I ship for any carrier. I have been getting my mail securely delivered to the Postal Annex for over four years now. Its nice knowing my packages and medications are safely inside and being notified when a package comes in. Daniel, Dan, and the staff are friendly and helpful and always smiling. They do other services like notary, fax and copies, and different choices for your package mailing needs. Its reassuring that our things are safe and secure and not available for porch pirates. Its worth the piece of mind

Even though I got a good communication result the first time they let me resend it for free. They definitely got me as a repeat customer.

NOT COVID-19 SAFE! 3 employees that were working were not wearing mask, violating the mask ordinance set in place for CA businesses. When I asked why they chose not to comply, they said that wearing a mask is their choice (even though I know many businesses that have been fined for non-compliance). I mentioned that my father had just recently died from COVID-19 the employees LAUGHED! Such a blatant disregard for the safety and well being of their community. SELFISH and SHAMEFUL!
