Started off great: friendly, affordable, good reviews.... turned out to be such a headache and very unprofessional. A 6 day project turned into 2 months, I am still fixing details and am left with damaged work. Sloppy work, no attention to details, no follow up, lack of responsibility. I invested a great deal of my personal time to correct plumbing issues in order to pass town inspections because they did not know what to do and just kept telling me to fix problems that did not exist. I would not recommend unless you are looking for a sloppy, unprofessional job. Dont expect a prompt response ... you will need to contact them several times before returning calls

Weve been using Best Carpets for years for our flooring and the quality and pricing has always been great. We recently renovated our office with new cabinets and counter tops and the end result was outstanding!

I could not be happier with the service that was provided. I called Mike a week before Christmas and asked if there was any possibility of having carpet installed in 2 bedrooms and a hallway before the holiday and without hesitation he told me yes. He gave me a great price for quality carpet. The installers were professional and courteous and had the job done by 5pm on Christmas Eve! I highly recommend Best Carpets and will definitely be returning to them in the future!

Installation went well. No issues at all except mike sent the wrong carpet. Installers came with no paperwork. Left tools by me. I nicely called and told them and I was told later I didn’t pay for the taking up of my old carpet. I realize that but I get no compensation for the delay of bringing wrong carpet?? 2 hours turned into 4! Ok I’ll pay it. I’ll leave tools and check in door. Mike sends the installer guy to my house at 9:30 at night!!!! For 25.00. Are they that hard up?? Once they gave your $ all polite cust service goes out the window. Oh and call before you go after 5. Lights on but doors are locked so forget the times they post. Should have been my first clue.

I was completely in a jam and needed carpet instantly. I went into the store thinking I knew exactly what I wanted only I was wrong. The salesman Mike was very accommodating and helped me find what I thought I wanted, and then helped me realize exactly what needed. He made it work in my budget and was quick and efficient. I couldnt have been more happy with how my floor turned out. I probably didnt lay it down perfectly but I think it looks great.

Laminate Floor installThese guys gave me a great price. Better than Lumber Liq. PLUS the owner came out and measured, and gave me a couple of good money-saving tips. Like 3-400 worth.Then his own crew came out per schedule to do the job, finished it quickly and professionally, and it looked great. Six months later it continues to look great. I couldt be happier. They deserve to be checked out.

Excellent experience with Mike! I needed new flooring for my office space ASAP. Mike came in and gave me a fair estimate then I went to the location and was able to view samples of the floor that would be used and I loved how him and his assistant helped me choose a beautiful floor that went with my office theme ! The floor is amazing! They completed the job quickly and effectively! No issues and exceeded my expectations I will be going back for kitchen countertops!
