Awesome staff. They are all very nice staff but a guy with a ponytail that maybe is a manager or a supervisor is THE BEST.I had a really good experience two days in a row thats why I am writing a review. Kudos to CVS pharmacy in Fairlawn Parkway.

Wow. Where do I start? The pharmacy is always quick and they always remind me when I have a refill. The employees are extremely kind and caring. I went there tonight and Josh was working and he was extremely helpful and looked up all the deals for me and made sure I got the best price. When I got outside he was putting the carts away and actually helped me carry my bags to the car. Josh needs to be promoted or get employee of the month. I won’t go to any other CVS. Kudos!!!

This is the BEST CVS PHARMACY by far. My prescriptions are always ready as promised. The staff is outstanding.

I dont understand how this pharmacy has a good rating. They filled one of my scripts and I was supposed to get 120 pills, I got home and realized there were only 90, it even says 120 on the bottle and they cant do anything about it. Also they keep telling me different dates for when my scripts can be filled, I get there and ask them then I call the day they told me and they always say it cant be filled for a day or two longer, if fine with that but at least tell me from the start, and no Im not getting my dates wrong cause I write it down. This happens every single time. Plus it takes around an hour to fill. My old pharmacy took 10, to at the max 15 minutes.

Great customer service! Pharmacy Dept goes above and beyond for customers. Store is clean and neat, check out is quick, and location is convenient. Love shopping here!
