Jamco is hands down the best remodeling company we have ever worked with.In our previous home, we had a kitchen remodel done by a different contractor that initially seemed to be going well but ended up being a disaster. We had to bring our newborn baby home to a construction zone with no functioning kitchen even though the project was supposed to be completed ten weeks before the birth. Nothing about the experience was enjoyable, and we actually had trouble enjoying that kitchen because of how stressful the process was.When we bought a new home that we loved but had an outdated kitchen, we were really apprehensive about getting into another remodel, especially because this job was considerably more complex than the first disaster renovation. We read so many reviews and got a few quotes, and ended up choosing Jamco to do the work. They were able to draw up plans for us and promised to deliver what three other companies told us was not possible.They were absolutely fantastic! Our kitchen remodel was finished AHEAD of the estimated timeline (which was already short), done completely by the book (architect consulted, all permits pulled), and it was actually fun! We had a great time being involved in the exciting parts of the remodel like choosing fixtures and appliances, while Jamco dealt with all of the technical work. The most amazing thing is that their price was comparable to what we paid our first disaster reno contractor. I’m so disappointed that we didn’t find Jamco in time for the first remodel, as we could have saved ourselves so much stress. We have been living with our gorgeous new kitchen now for several months and it’s held up perfectly, even after being put to the test by an energetic baby and toddler. We can’t wait to have Jamco back to do all of our bathrooms this summer!If you want a high quality renovation done quickly and for a fair price, definitely pick this company! Jamco has just completed a major master bathroom renovation project in my home. I was provided with opportunities to meet with them in their impressive showroom to choose the design, layout, tile, flooring, fixtures, cabinets, lighting, sinks, paint. They provide their customers with a wide array of selections to meet anyones budget. Jamco drew up the plan, coordinated inspections, and scheduled the workers in an organized format. They were able to take a 1978 bathroom, strip it down to the studs and build it back up to perfection. Their job performance was outstanding, professional, and they maintained the site as clean as humanly possible, They were available with just a phone call away, if not on site. Jim, Linda and the folks at Jamco Unlimited, Inc. are fantastic. They brought our home from a 1980s mish-mosh of styles into the present day. Floors, Walls (removed floor to ceiling mirrors, moved walls, closed other partial walls in, etc.), Fireplace, Cabinetry, Paint, Trim, custom Carpentry, you name it. They did it, and it looks absolutely amazing. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for good, trustworthy contractors, and plan to use their services again in the future.
