Not good store got a brand new dryer and it didnt work tried to return it this company dont do returns or exchanges so I am out $600. They did offer to look it at but after getting the dryer back seems like they didnt even look at it. Buyers be warned not a good place probably best try another store or out of town.

Wife shopped online at Home Depot. Found the washer she wanted but I said lets check local first. Walked into brand source and they had the exact model she wanted and it was $200 less than Home Depots Sale Price and I had it the next day instead of waiting a week for a delivery.

I bought a maytsg washer no more then a week ago from Western Auto. Brought it home and it doesnt even work. It doesnt go through a regular cycle but only on deep water wash it did. And after that cycle water was dripping from the top onto all the clothes making them soaked again. Water dripped for hours after cycle finished and now I have water puddles sitting in my washer while I wait for 12 more days until someone could come diagnose the washer. I just bought a brand new washer and it already has to get repair and new parts!! I dont think its fair because western auto will not let me return it when I just bought it and cant even use it!! I wont ever buy another appliance from here again! If you pay good money for it and it doesnt work the first time you use it you should be able to return it.
