If you don’t want to walk around Walmart for 3 hours while waiting for an oil change go elsewhere.I don’t think my 1 star is unreasonable.I just had my oil changed here, it took almost 2 and a half hours. When I dropped off my vehicle they told me it would be about an hour, there was one bay open for oil and one car in front of me. An hour seemed like a great estimate to me.I timed my grocery shopping just right so I’d get my milk and other cold stuff and check out right at an hour so there would be plenty of time. Checked out with my groceries and headed back to get my car. It wasn’t done, I waited around for about 30 minutes. No one checked on it and no one talked to me except one clerk working the counter mentioned “hopefully only a few more minutes”.I went to the subway up front and ate a sandwich and came back. Now it’s been 2 whole hours since I dropped my car off. No one has called me or offered an explanation as to why my car isn’t ready. My ice cream is melting and I have places to be. I finally had someone go back and check. They said 5 more minutes. 15 minutes later I had someone else go back and check. They said “we’re almost done”.By this time I’m assuming there is something wrong with my car or someone has been injured. Finally a tech notion and the manager come out with my keys.I ask what went wrong and here is how the conversation went:Me: “what went wrong?”Manager: “what do you mean what went wrong?”Me: “ you’ve had my car for over 2 hours”Mgr: “I only have one guy and we’re training”Me: “ok, well why didn’t anyone call me an hour ago to tell me there was a delay?”Mgr: inaudible mumbling as he walks away.No one apologized. No one offered a better explanation.I’m glad they’re training some new techs, jobs for everyone! However, them training should not inconvenience the customers so much, it took more than twice the time they quoted me. Someone had to of noticed that my car had been there a LONG time and picked up the phone. I sat around Walmart for an hour and a half while my groceries went bad.They need new management or to send current management to customer service training.TLDR; don’t go here. They take WAY too long, they don’t communicate, and the manager is rude.

Service was fast and friendly. My vehicle was wiped down after being serviced. Will definitely be back.

Called about a bad battery that I wanted them to replace. They did end up replacing the battery but it was a but of a hassle.

Really bad service here. You made your appointment at 10 am and no one even came to talk to you for next step. All they do is chatting inside and cleaning the ground

Sat out front for 20 minutes. No one ever came out to offer any kind of assistance. Poor way to do business.

The five stars are for Tony the mechanic that installed our tires and tested the battery in our car. He did an excellent job! He is honest and really cares about people! He took the time to answer questions with a smile! He deserves a raise! The service advisor was great too! She was friendly snd helpful even though it was very busy! Sorry I dont remember her name. She gets five stars too!

Had to buy a battery for my vehicle. Employee was very polite and knowledgeable. Provided a lot of information on the different types of products. Definitely would go back. Great price for the battery also.

Leland was great!!! One of the associates was very rude to me, when I got there and the guy asked what I needed I had to wait on the manager looking guy to stop and talk to him before he checked in my tires. Whatever happened to customer service? Walk with him if its that important, the manager did not care that I was standing there waiting!! The woman at the counter wasnt very friendly either!!!

If you dont care about how they put your car back together than its your place. If it is a oil change you mostly will leave with all the right bolts.Mostly a good place for tire change. They will meet almost any price on tires.

The workers were great. Took a little long. I just dont like the manager of the tire and lubes attitude and the way he talks towards his staff. Just my opinion.

The Super Walmart Auto Care Center in Safford leaves a lot to be desired.I was there to purchase four tires and I waited 1 1/2 hours for the tire installation.Surprisingly, they didnt complete the job because supposedly, they only had three of the brand tires needed for my vehicle.The Sales person told me their computer indicated four tires in their inventory. Obviously, this was wrong! So, I ended up wasting 1 1/2 hours waiting at Walmart for Nothing!Its my belief that an adjustment in the management staff of the Automotive department is sorely needed.

Travis in the automotive counter was amazing! The tire techs on the other hand took 4 hours to do 2 tires, with a total of 8 hours on 4 Tires within two trips, which is completely ridiculous especiallly with an infant and having to sit and wait on something that shouldnt take as long as they did.

Angel is great at his job and they all where very helpful

The service in this place is horrible, they seem to try and ignore you or tell you that it will be 3-4 hours before they can help you. Spend a little extra and go somewhere else, it will be worth the money!

I dont like Walmart there employees wont help most of the time. They see you looking around and walk the other way. I just wish they would close there doors.

I could shop while I waited for the tires installation. Although I might of looked suspicious looking at the labels as I took my time on items I was interested in.

Its o.k. remember to check oil before you drive away .they forgot to put it in my car .buy great tire prices .

I was happy with the quick service for oil change and I did watch to see that everything was done correctly.

Buy your tires here and take them to Western fleet they will have them done in 20 to 30 min Walmart is a minimum of 2 1/2 hrs Everytime and up to 4 or 5 hrs

3 hours for two tires. All the cars that arrived after us were gone, had not even started our car yet. When asked they replied oh yeah were just getting ready to start it.

The service was to include vacuuming my entire car - an oil change and vacuuming- the kid was sitting IN my car when he sold the package. I get my car back and no vacuuming - I asked if they forgot and they said no, we dont vacuum cars with personal items in them. So I asked for them to refund me $10 of the $60. They said no. I asked for Manager. He forced the kid to vacuum my car, which is NOT what I asked for. Worse vacuum job ever!

This auto care center proves what the news has been saying.... DRUG CAPITAL of Arizona. Cleaned out the back of my suburban because our Toyota pickup needs tires and the suburban has new tires from Walmart and I got the road damage for tire repairs (nail in front tire) since we live in Benson and we had business up here in safford figured we would buy 4 tires for the Toyota throw them in the back(get them mounted at home) and get the tire repaired. I’m told yes we’ll fix the tire but its probably gonna be 3-4 hrs.... DISCOUNT TIRE THANKS YOU!!! I got to go to Tucson tomorrow so.... I’ll pay to fix the tire and get the new Toyota tires there.

Couldnt help me with my lug nut issue and really I felt they where just looking for a sale.

The employee who helped ring up my purchases was very friendly and helpful.

Oil changes! Great service and prices!

At the auto section someone had ordered almost all Fram filters with the filter only no case. No lookup books for other brands of their filters unless you went back to their automotive desk which you couldnt because there was a line of people some with fully loaded carts of groceries. Why Walmart allows groceries to come through automotive nobody knows.

Over 2 hours for 2 tires and the price went up twice before they were done, eight around 300

Went to have tire repaired as it was showing the low tire light the tire guy told me there was a nail in the sidewall so it could not be fixed.I told him I had a full size spare underneath and could he switch them out for me he agreed and in 30 mins I had my car back but the low tire light is still on you would think he might have noticed that and checked the air in the spare I went back to the tire shop but there was nobody around I think they all left for lunch the minute they switched out my tires so I aired it up myself and will head for home 40 miles away and hope for the best.

Slow service half the workers are so rude also.
