Very disappointed in this company. My medical clinic was under the assumption that this team advertised by Costco would provide good service. Sadly, my business manager has had to call their team daily for the past 2 weeks simply to ask when the next shipment of water will be delivered. Ironically, the company charged my account for a delivery that never occurred, which I believe is fraud. Please be careful with working with this company and I am very disappointed that Costco decided to work with such a company.
Have been a customer for more than 15 years. Was very happy with the service and product until they changed or merged with Primo. My last water delivery was June 11th. I have made several calls and asked for someone from management to call, but nothing!
Worst service from any company I’ve ever experienced. Been trying to schedule a delivery for three WEEKS. Each time they say stuff like they’ll come tomorrow or they don’t know the delivery schedule of the driver.
Great tasting water. Horrible delivery service. No one delivers, I’ve left my bottles out my porch, no one comes. It takes 30+ min to talk to someone who promises expedited service and will deliver water. Guess what? No one comes. It’s been like this for many months. I think when Primo water took over it all went downhill. I have cancelled my account we’ve had for 6 years. Let’s see if someone will pick up the bottles and dispenser. I actually don’t mind dropping them off. I hate their service! Very stressful! I’m back to drinking filtered refrigerator water.
Horrible service and missed deliveries that they claim to fix yet never show up. Hold on their line is over an hour wait. Ridiculous.
Terrible customer service it takes at least 45 mins to an 1 hr to talk to someone. The first dispenser was old and broken requested a new one and it leaked all over my kitchen floor. Its been a nightmare to cancel the serviceBad experience!!
Machine flooded our kitchen floor. Thank God we came home before it made it to my office. Machines are all refurbished meaning they picked it up from the last unsatisfied customer and dropped it off at your house. Thing was filthy and scratched to hell.
Terrible service Long Beach delivery. I have been use delivery serviced for another location was good but I moved at Long Beach. Really bad. The guy did not delivery on schedule, missed one, you have to wait another week, I purchased at Costo directly. Also I ordered 5 gallons 3 ea.per two week, but the guy delivered wrong 1 gal.bottle of water what I did not ordered, some times smell of water like odors small pcs plastic in water bottle. They charged invoice even if did not delivered.
I have been with sparkletts since 1999. I love the taste of their water. However the pricing has sky rise since i became a member. I cannot even get a discount for being a long time member which that sucks. But overall i love the quality of the water
For someone who lives without a really strong person around to carry bulky cases of water or carry a 5 gallon jug from the car to house, its a blessing. Service i pay for but almost a necessity. Just a thought of a discount for those with a disability.
Set it and forget it, get the costco discount and auto pay feature and continue to get great water.

They di not provide with a window time of delivery nor they notify you the time the will deliver their product.. so youll have to wait all day for the delivery.. and if you barely misse it (went to the store or so) youll have to wait another week for they to schedule a delivery which also cannot be guaranteed

When you have a delivery and they leave a note that they are out and will be back asap? You call and they tell you they cant delivery for another 4 days? That is not good service. Left message for a manager to call no RESPONSE.
