I came in for a flat repair. Only one person in front of me. It took an hour and a half for them to complete the repair. They brought in my keys with the repairs slip and it took them 22 minutes to even let me know that my vehicle was done. They had one customer after my vehicle was completed. I normally do jot complain but this was ridiculous. I will not be coming or referring anyone to this business.

I got caught in Safford with a flat tire on a Saturday afternoon. Needed to travel a few hundred miles the same day. Big O team gave great service. Replaced my tire at a reasonable price and had me back on the road. Cant thank them enough for their responsiveness.

We just want to say thank you and show our appreciation for Big O Tires for helping out an employee of ours who was transporting an RV back to our dealership. Had a blowout and they helped get her back on the road and went above and beyond good customer service even staying late to help her out. We came here because it’s the “best in town, fast and great customer service.” Absolutely NOT! My husbands car has been in the shop for 2 weeks which wouldn’t be a problem if we were kept updated but no my husband has to literally go to the shop and find out answers because he kept getting hung up on and when he went to the shop he was told “I’m sorry I knew nothing about your car, I guess I’ve been left out of the loop.” Then comes back out and says this part needed to be ordered then this broke down in the shop then something happened to this. We would not have been upset if they would have called us and told us these things instead of having us have to come to shop to actually find out answers! We are new to town and this is one of our worst experiences with mechanic shops here!

Just want to say they are horrible!I PAID OVER A GRAND FOR TIRES. They say warranty comes with it... not unless your a friend of theirs.. they had my truck with an appointment for 8am . At 12 noon, STILL NOT DONE!, and when I needed them to fix whatever may have caused a leak, NO TIME!! NEVER AGAIN!

Truck inspected on 5/11, quoted roughly $2k in parts and service for front end work (ball joints, wheel hub, 4x4 actuator, brakes, and alignment). Made an appointment for 5/21 to have work completed. Showed up at 7am on the day for service and was informed that parts were not ordered and would not be able to have it done that day. Took the truck to the Ford dealer and was informed it did not need ball joints or 4x4 actuator. So turns out this shop did me a favor by not being ready for the service. Extremely poor management and service, will not be returning in the future. If you need something more than tires go somewhere else.

Noticed at 445 on a Saturday that we ran a screw over and were slowly leaking air. Obviously no one could help us. Fiance called Big O on Monday morning and spoke with Eric and explained our situation. He was more than willing to help us out, even let us know that he was going on lunch but that Ramon would be able to get us taken care of. Tuesday morning, we wake up and our tire is completely flat. Frustrated, we called and spoke with Eric again. Let me tell you, weve never had someone fix a mistake so fast (totally not any of the employees fault, just the tire). 11/10 would recommend

Pete was there to help me, he rotated my tires, and was very fast courteous and efficient. After returning to pick up my car I asked for a military discount. He said normally they dont offer it, but he would since its Xmas! Thank u pete and all the hard workers there!

The service itself was fine, but what is the point of having a website to schedule and call to confirm it to then get there and find out they knew nothing about it?. Had an appointment for two but after taking off work to get some routine work done on it I find out the a point was scheduled for two hours later without my knowledge. Even then they were not sure they were going to have it done before the end of the day. There is also the issue of not having correct information available in the two times I was there within the span of a week. The service done to the vehicle is fine, the service for the customer and respect for our time needs a tune up.

I know it was early in the morning I had a flat on my truck. I had just bought my tires there in 4 months ago. I figured since I paid extra in case they go flat with in a year I bought them then I should have no problem getting another one. So much for that theory. The works there were nice but the guy that opened the store was really rude. He had all these questions about the far almost wasnt going to honor it he finally did but scared me for a few minutes. Anyways I finally got my tire and made it to work all worked out good.

I dont know why they bother to give specific appointment times, you get there and, theres 3 other people who have the same time! Which means youre waiting all day.Twice, my husband was given an appointment, 1pm the first time, thats when he got there and, realized 3 other people had 1pm appointments.....my husband rescheduled.Today we had a specific appointment for 11, we got there before 11 and, after more than 30 minutes our car hadnt even been moved from where we parked it, despite there being 2-3 open bays during that time span.......we left and, will be going elsewhere, one time, is forgivable, but, twice?They might as well, just tell people to, just bring it in, well get to it when we can, at least then, thered be no expectations.

Had an appointment for 2pm for a simple oil change. 2 hours later after waiting i checked and nothing was being done to the car. Rep said it may be another hour or so. Took car without the oil change. Going to another shop. Will NOT be back to big o tires. If i could give them less than one star I would.

DONT GO HERE!!Took my car for the easiest fix and picked it up with a bad leak which it never had!!!!And all they said was the part was cheep when it was the most expensive part they sold i dont understand how someone could take there car to get fixed and pick it up in worse condition had oil all over my engine had it smoking on my way home DONT GO HERE i wouldnt even trust em to put air in my tire im letting everyone on every social media app about what happened to make sure no one goes here at all.

I recently took my car to have the back tire fixed... Its still under warranty. There is cupping in the tire and I was told by a previous mechanic that it could be possibly that the tire was not balanced correctly. So when I told the worker my issue he checked the tire and started pushing on my trunk saying that it could be the struts because Im sitting at a higher mileage on my vehicle. then he continued to tell us that he could not do anything until he spoke with his boss but the boss was in a meeting and that he would get back to us and he took down my phone number. later that day I had not received any word from them so we went in to check on what they had said and the guy was eating behind the counter and on his phone, with food in his mouth still he began to speak with us telling us that he could not get an approval until the boss spoke with the owners and that the owners are out of town on vacation. Very upset I did say a choice word and walked out went to another tire dealership in town and got it inspected. They told me my struts are fine and that the tire was unbalanced. This is not the first time big o tires has done us dirty. Another time I took my car in to get an oil change and a week later we were traveling home from out of town and our car was stalling out on us when we got home my husband checked all the fluids and found out that the oil was down to 1 quart. He then proceeded to put in 4 quarts just to put it back to normal. Bad bad service!!!! And another time we took our truck in to get an oil change and when we got our truck back home the next day it was leaking. so we took the truck back to let them know that our oil was leaking and the guy told us that it was leaking from the crossmember bars. And that it was leaking before we took the truck in. My husband previously had done an oil change on our truck and had no reason to remove the crossmember bars the plug is accessible without this action. so when he told them that theres no reason to even remove the crossmember bars and it wasnt even leaking from there it was leaking from the oil pan they still proceeded to say that it was already leaking and there was nothing they could do about it. At least the guy tightened up the drain plug before we left. Never will I go there again!!! Check your vehicles thoroughly if you get it serviced there.

Took off work early and drove all the way to safford ftom duncan to buy tires cause i had a blowout, the guy look at me and said when I walk in that its not happening today and I said that I need 2 tires and I drove here from Duncan. The other salesmen said we are book and cant help you that you need to go down the street to get tires, the guys behind me were told samething we all left. I went down the road and they took care of me. I have been told not to do business at Big O and I will listen now.

What a great experience! Just purchased new tires and everything went so smoothly. I have never been in such a friendly tire shop, everyone was so anxious to help and no one tried to up-sale me what a breath of fresh air! If you want to be treated like family, Boulevard is the place to do business. Fast, Friendly, Professional, Honest, is there another place like this in the world? A Big Thank You to Big O Tires in Safford, AZ. I was visiting Safford for a Motor Vehicle Appointment on the 7th of July and wanted to support the local community by getting my wheel alignment and tires rotated on my Chevy HHR.I explained that I was visiting from the Valley and just needed to make the vehicle safe to drive home with. The older Gentlemen with glasses took the lead from the newbie (no offense, everyone starts out somewhere) and actually fit me in to his already booked schedule.Within an hour, I was back in my HHR driving back to Phoenix. Not sure why others have rated Big O poorly, my experience was nothing less than 5-Stars.This is what Service is about - Helping people in their moment of need.My only concern was that nobody was wearing a mask - we have to remember that were all in this together. Guy behind count took my rear tire off my jeep and rip the inside edge, claiming tire was to old....and he messed up my rim....had him put it the rim, so I could get it home.....I Will Never go to Big O in Safford again. I should ha e went to Austins

My husband and I limped in with a blown inside dual tire on our RV. Though they were very busy, they fit us in, replaced the tire and had us on our way in just over an hour. Amazing service and well priced! Thanks, guys.

They are a great company. I go in for a oil change and they check all the fluids, even filled my windshield washer. (I tried to get the ice off the windshield with the washer, it didnt work!)

I do not recommend! They break parts during service and replace with inferior ones that caused further issues, then bills the customer for them. The manager lies and very is confrontational. I had to take my vehicle to a dealer in Tuscon to have their work repaired.

2hrs to get a oil change. Then found oil drippings on my grill and bumper . Frame underneath and oil pan full of oil . Ive changed my own oil and do a cleaner job than that .

Called and was told to bring the car in early Friday. When I arrived I was told they couldnt do any thing mechanical until Tuesday. Wonder why the didnt just tell me to come in Tuesday?

I brought my company truck in to fix a slow leak and a tire rotation. I didnt get either. They just put air in my tire. I have free tire repair and free rotation. I dont know why they wouldnt do it. I had to come in the next day again. I still didnt get it rotated. They fixed my tire. I will not be coming back to this store.

They have always been very fair to me, even when mistakes were on my end. They know me and will be honest about whether i will be able to do some things myself or if it would be better not to even though it costs them that job sometimes. They Do a military discount but you need to let them know on the front end for their system.

They fixed my flat tire in under an hour on a busy day. They had TV to watch, and popcorn too. And their tired come with a guarantee. Once we had a new tire that got sliced open by a rock at a campsite. Big O replaced it for free. Its what they do.

What happened to Boulevard Automotive???I left the Big O on the east side because of POOR service, now that they have taken over Boulevard, the service level has dropped 100%. So it must be the Big O brand the take your money and provide a very shoddy service. My oil change today will be my last visit with anything associated with Big O.Bottom line....go anywhere else!!!!

Back in December I had a u-joint clanking around under my truck. I took it to Boulevard to have all 3 joints and the center bearing replaced. Cost about $400. A couple months later I stop at a stop light and there is a loud, rhythmic grinding sound under my truck. I was in Willcox at the time so I took it to Buddyz and according their mechanics, the wrong center bearing had been installed. This correction cost about $550 since I also had them replace my motor mounts. If I had kept the receipts, Boulevard and I would be in court right now getting my money back. Not going to them again.

Worst place ever! They cant even take accountability for a bad alignment that caused my tires to wear out! Plus thanks for the follow up that NEVER HAPPEND. POOR SERVICE AND NO ACCOUNTABILITY!!!

My boyfriend and I recently moved here and both needed work done, we dropped off our cars per instruction on a Friday morning at 8am. He needed a valve replaced and I was getting a transmission flush. We called later that day, around 3pm and they had finished his, but found another problem and had not even started my repair. They asked to keep the vehicles overnight as they are open on Saturday to finish. Saturday came and went, on which day they found another problem with his truck, mine, they had not even started. Monday rolled around and we called to check repair status, they had found another problem with his car and STILL had not started mine. We told them to finish the first couple of problems on his and to not bother on mine and we would take it elsewhere. When I went to pick up my car they had had for 4 days and hadnt touched they were unapologetic for the incredibly long delay with zero service performed and he wasnt able to pick up his truck until 4pm. I would not reccomend this kind of service to ANYONE. No idea how they are still in business. Help yourself and do not WASTE your time. Never again. F-

Always takes hours for the simplest things

I have bought all my tires from the Safford ax store for several vehicles for several years but today 12/30/19 the desk clerk didn’t know that a dully had to change the tires on the rims to do a rotation so after wasting my time for a hour told me they wouldn’t rotate my tires because they needed replaced which is not true, he just didn’t want to have to work

They aired up my moms tires all tweck. One was way too much air.

Took them 9 hours to do a 3 hour job made an appointment to get the alignment done and ac charge done on my f150 When they went to charge the ac they found a problem and rather then call me as I had asked if this situation did occur they just parked the truck out back and went to work on other vehicles and when I called them at 2 to inquire about my truck the service manager said I got busy with other vehicles and forgot to call you I will not be going back here ever again I understand that problems come up when working on vehicles but the lack of communication and customer service is pathetic
