We got our 2 bedroom carpets done before we moved into our new house. Erin squeezed us in so we could move in on time. Then I needed some padding for under our rugs, and Nathan got us padding so quick! Small town friendliness and amazing customer service. I really appreciate this company and their amazing staff! They have never tried to upsell or over sell us. They gave my family exactly what we needed and wanted.

Poor customer service. Ive been waiting for over three months to get a response on my work order. Called twice with a supposed to me back, still havent gotten a call back. Started with the poor attitude when someone came to measure. Im done.

They seem to keep making excuses not to come measure our two bedrooms. I believe they do not care about smaller projects in Greenlee county.

I needed the linoleum replaced in the entry way of my front door. The two guys that came to do the job were both very friendly. They both worked very quickly, but did a nice, professional job. They do not collect money from you when they complete the work. So I went into the store the following day to pay. The staff in there that waited on.me was very nice also. They even texted me later to make sure i was satisfied!

We went in search of carpet scraps for a project we working on. We were greeted by two employees and Nathan helped us out right away. He was super helpful, and we found what we needed within 5 minutes. That was the friendliest customer service I have had around here and it was very refreshing! Good job!

Been a loyal customer for years. Never again. $7000.00 job, floor leveling and sub floor install. Vinyl planking, found out later it was the mid grade of the manufacturers offerings. Never let them start a job late in the week as they wont be back until late the next week, and then late the next week etc. Floor has several hollow spots and the floor is separating. Called 5 times in one month and they would never get back to me. Finally walked in and they gave me the cell phone number of the estimator, grudgingly. Techs came by to look at the problem and laughed about how badly mismatched the base trim was until I advised that they had done it. They threw down some more floor leveler, no attempt to feather it so it just left another hollow spot. Washed out their mixing tubs on my decorative pavers.While laying the sub floor a lot of sanding had to be done and it was very easy to track their footsteps through the house while we were not home. They investigated every room. Pulled my kitchen window screen off to run a radio antennae out of and left it. ( got pictures on my trailcam). Floor is still separating and I am stuck with it.John ran a tight ship when he was in charge. Go somewhere else.

Erin, Nate, and Adam were great. Day they were to install my carpet, guy called in sick. Nate immediately sent other installers.
