No issues with staff but no T-mobile or T-mobile affiliate can do battery replacements. This makes repair/ replacement services limited. Best to stick to Verizon if you live in the area or go all the way to Tucson or Phoenix.

Customer service is great! The whole team is friendly, welcoming, and full of enthusiasm. I went in with a full store this past week and the girls never missed a beat even hopping from customer to customer making sure everyones needs were met in a timely matter. Will definitely be coming back!
