I loved the person who did help me it was really nice experience

I stopped by to order vinyl lettering and see if they would install onto stainless plates. Quick and easy consultation, I left the plates there, they emailed a proof relatively quick, and they quoted a really reasonable price I thought.

Good quality and friendly but VERY overpriced.

We needed help making a flyer. They put it together in a matter of minutes. Asked for input. They adjusted it and it was perfect. Great price and customer service.

I moved into the area a year ago. I never imagined a more helpful company. Ive used their services in so many ways!Copies emailed, shipping packages to my kids, they even reboxed stuff to minimize and save money! They also do wraps on bikes and cars! They literally do it all!Great friendly people. And masks! They wear them too...

Too pricey for 1 fax of 3 papers 1 side cause they charge you for the backside too 1st papers 2.00and 1.00 for ever additional paper and a stamp (postage) was 5.05 well i cant say the service was bad but the pricing is sure astronomical priced up there .50 per stamp

A scary box was sent from Charles Allison who stated Leonardo(living, love) is his friend. But these scary people or persons named Charles Allison(cold tone I fear going back to my apt. NY)(now that is scary my address for boxes) was using my address to send packages Charles Allison unknown to me but knew my address sent from CMI shipping contract, I have yellow form, receipt, all info. This is scary but no response from CMI shipping contract with their info on this yellow form. That is scary you would think their response would to be to look into it further, show concern when I have full proof this person walked into their office/company using my address to send to in NY. Now imagine a person thinking they could use your address for boxes for international now think how you would feel with a flat phone call coming from this person, box is now all the way from Arizona to NY with your kid standing next to you, then this person has your personal info on top of that now people are walking into your apartment, while you are sleeping. Now that is scary so scary you can tell because you are like what will the next box be?? Why my address.?? From CMI shipping contract (images of yellow form, receipt, the word box, I called asking for help, please do not allow, look into it further, unknown box at my door CMI nothing)did not call back with concern or contact authorities. I did. I have been trying to provide, make contact since 2019. Think about you, your family come home there is a box in front of your door. My daughter says more boxes came ma. My poor baby what if her little fingers opened a box, I told her to stay away from our old NY apartment, weird phone calls I received. I felt so scared I left fled that apartment what would the next box or what would happen to me with this Charles Allison over the phone with what instructions, what would happen to me? It was cold. They knew my home address, personal info. I was not going to stand by walk down my hallway....what would guys do....you and your family come home....a box right in front of your door (like I did)

The girls need to be more skilled at running the fax and keeping you informed on where they are at getting a fax through.

Very knowledgeable and professional. I have visited the shipping counter many times, Courtney is always AWESOME, and very good at finding the most affordable rates! Very rarely a line, and much quicker than the post office. Have also ordered vinyl signs and prints, I have never been disappointed! CMI is an outstanding business that I personally have done a ton of business with they are always polite and very attentive to my needs and I would recommend them to anyone. In my own opinion they can do anything for you and your business.

I’ve been in here multiple times. The ladies are always so friendly, and professional. There is hardly ever a line, definitely a convenient way to ship packages! Way better than standing in line at the post office waiting for the grumpy post masters to help you, these people love their jobs and their customers and it shows!

Claim to be official fedex / ups intermediary. Could not find my fedex business account to ship a regular ground package. Have shipped scores of times, if not in the low hundreds in my hometown. Useless! Millennial staff a bit smarmy. Wonder how long they might last in the mines, doing hard work.
