We go here quite often and today the pharmacy tech was extra helpful and polite. I didnt get her name but it was around 130 pm on Nov. 11. Service is usually decent and despite the occasional wait things run pretty smoothly. The drive-thru is extra convenient especially during covid and when we dont need to do any other shopping. I know times are tough right now but you guys are doing great, keep it up!
Always the very friendly whenever I come here to get my medication! They always make sure to have my meds filled in a timely manner and are the most reliable pharmacy in the area!

This location ROCKS!! I am greatly appreciated with Walmart Pharmacy staff, thanks for what you do to assist everyone with their drug prescription and how quickly you follow up with the physicians if any error occurs.
The pharmacist are great! The service and communication is super thumbs down. Never have my insurance information, always have to rerun all my info, never have prescriptions ready on time, lack of communication from techs to cashiers is null. They are slow to call back if item isnt available, by then its too late to call into another pharmacy.
When I complain about something I want it to be balanced. I have been using the Wal-mart Pharmacy for years and have been pleased overall with the quality of the service from the head Pharmacist to the Pharmacy Techs. I had a particularly troubling problem one time and the head Pharmacist had a wonderful solution to it.Unfortunately they have a new Pharmacist by the name of Andy who does shoddy work. The first instance was when I had a very bad case of GOUT and was in such incredible pain that I considered having someone drive me to Wal-mart. The steroids come in pill form with like 6 pills on the first day followed by 5 the next day, etc. Of course, when I got the pills the tech said I had to see the Pharmacist. All Andy said was, “Hope you feel better”. There was no advice on taking the first days pills all at once since it was late in the evening and consequently I only took two of them. When my head is exploding in pain I’m not inclined to read directions and thats why I talk to the Pharmacist. It took me a couple of days to figure out what I should have done.The second instance was when recently I had a serious infection and needed some sulfa pills to attack the infection. The tech said I had to see the shoddy Pharmacist and I had to query him specifically about whether or not I could take it with food etc. He said it didnt matter which is bad advice for someone with a sensitive stomach. I also asked how often I’m to take it and he said once a day. I asked him repeatedly how often to take it and he said once a day. A couple of days later I thought I would check his work and its actually twice a day. So apparently he cant read properly or take his job seriously. I wish I had recorded our conversation on my camera phone as he is not fit to deal with the public and I question whether he knows what he is doing.I take writing these reviews seriously and hope other people that have had their time wasted by this clown will start complaining and than he can start looking for a job in the circus. In the meanwhile I am switching my business to Safeway. I hope other disgruntled customers will speak up.
Worst Wal-Mart Pharmacy I have ever been to. When they tell you 2 hours be ready to wait 3 to 4 hours and expect nothing but rude answers from the staff they are HORRIBLE.
So yesterday at 1 pm I called into the automated line and gave my prescription number for my medication. I confirmed the prescription and was given a time for pickup of 24 hours. So the next day my wife shows up to pick up the prescription and of course they have no preorder for it. So its now 5:16 pm the next day and my wife is standing in line because of the incompetent customer service. I just want to say that they couldnt have do e a worse job if they put every waking thought into messing this up. Good job Walmart you are not even close to professional.
My husband picked up/paid for what he thought was his prescription and got home it was somebody else’s. Half the time their rude at the drive through and the wait times are ridiculous.
No star if I could, they will overcharge you for the same prescription that you just picked up earlier for another child. Wait times are ridiculous no matter the time of day.
The reviews for this place are true. This pharmacy is very poorly managed, the employees are rude and not helpful whatsoever. Cecilia (an employee there) will make fun of you and talk trash about you if you have questions so I suggest leaving if she is at the front. I have gone here every Thursday for a month to get my prescriptions (always got an attitude and bad service from them, especially Cecilia) and today I went to get 2 more. I was told my insurance would not cover one of them and I was told that because they were either too lazy or too stupid to check my secondary insurance. I was told by Cecilia they would be ready by 1:45, when I went back at 2:30 (I had other business to attend to) it still was not ready. I sat there another 30 minutes on the bench waiting like I was told and then finally only one of them was ready and I found out they were out of stock on the other meds. All in all I did get one of my prescriptions but received very poor service and a bad attitude. Go somewhere else for your scripts as this place sucks. Also the manager Virginia needs to learn how to manage a pharmacy!
Worst pharmacy I’ve been to. Walgreens is quicker and they don’t give make you wait an extensive amount of time. Walmart pharmaces told me 7:00 your prescription will be done, it’s 4:00 when I’m told this. I waited three hours for them even giving them an extra thirty min. So three hours and thirty mins. Go through the drive through and told it wasn’t done yet and then the pharmacist proceeded to ask if I needed it today? When confused by the question I answered yes, I was told 3 hours ago it would be done at 7:00. Giving them an extra thirty mins on top of the three hours, I was told an additional thirty min until my prescription was filled. It a shame that when I was a line two women behind were discussing the fact that they never not have a line and how it doesn’t go any faster because the people in the back just stand there when they see a long line going around the shelves. Don’t try calling they won’t pick up, was on hold for thirty mins. Thanks Walmart.
Used them as a transfer because Safeway didnt have what we needed... Utterly useless, they didnt start until I called asking for an update, didnt have our information then when I went to pick it up they had the nerve to tell me my prescription expired a year ago when I JUST got it from the doctor yesterday... Then another delay because they forgot to get my insurance 8nfo... Never, ever again... DONT SHOP HERE!
Ive filled there for yrs and the last time I was there they told me I didnt exist lost all my prescriptions wiped out my app .lost it all
Have had problems the last 4 or 5 most recent times Ive been there trying to get my prescription medicines.
It takes forever at least 2hours to get it filled here at Wal-Mart most of the counter help is rude and non helpful, I think some dont even know whats going on in the pharmacy quit going here a few years ago they misplace .
