Blair in flooring gets things done.I am so happy and grateful when I see Blair working at Home Depot because I know Im going to get prompt, courteous, competent results, even under difficult circumstances.Example: On June 10, I ordered $8000.00 of flooring. At the time I had no idea how many people and processes were involved in getting a new floor. I had to change my original order because materials I originally ordered no longer were in stock. The new order required gathering materials from multiple locations. But no matter what new roadblock came up, Blair was there to straighten things out. Today, Sept 25, I took delivery of the flooring materials. Blair helped me open every box to make certain everything I ordered was actually received.Blair has shown me on several occasions she has (1) detailed accurate knowledge of her field, (2) common sense, (3) diligent work ethic, and (4) a non-nonsense get-er-done attitude. I know she can handle tough situations because she handled so many of mine.

We visited Home Depot of Saginaw on 08/26/2021 around 8:30pm. We can not rave enough on your employee Brandon, he was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and just very pleasant. He assisted us from start to finish and even pushed the cart to our truck and helped my husband unload our materials. Wonderful experience we will be back for our future home improvements.

Friday night my husband and I came in to get a paint sample for our doors. Jayvon was very informative, kind and knowledgeable. We had a wonderful experience and this young man should be recognized for his good work ethic and superb customer service.

I went into the Home Depot to look at cordless leaf blowers. A store employee there was very helpful and answered all of my questions. He was seemed pretty knowledgeable about the leaf blowers products on Home Depots store shelves..

Had a very helpful employee assist with a makeshift repair of ancient cabinet hardware. You know, it was designed by Christmas elves 100+ years ago. I wish I had gotten his name. He really worked hard to find exactly the right size for us. We also bought paint and had another good experience with an employee. We love Home Depot.

The services, knowledge, friendliness and helpfulness has been consistent every time I shop here. This has been with each and every employee in person as well as by phone.

Placed on 4/24. Recieved partial on 5/4. Was told final delivery was being dropped off from another store later that day. Days later, nothing. Called a few times and wasnt able to get an answer. Almost two weeks later, 3rd call was a charm. I was told which store would drop off but had to call them myself.I called and they had me scheduled shipment after the second day after my call. Delivery was promptly three weeks after order was placed and paid for.Upon shipment, 2 units/cabinets were damaged. I called store that made shipment and was instructed to drive units to original place of order. Did so the following day. We needed items on hand for installation thus had to call around different stores to check stock. Couldnt get anyone to assist us. After weeks, calls and driving out 50 miles for both units, I felt better. Every employee was extremely attentive making sure we knew they were available to help us if needed. I was impressed with their customer service.

Great prices, super helpful staff all around. In my opinion they have the best flooring selection out of the big hardware stores! Will definitely be back!

They have people there that just dont quite know what theyre talking about. About 80% of the time I have to go back and get the correct part because they told me wrong info the first time...

The past five times I’ve been to this location the staff has been useless to say the least. When asked for assistance finding common items, each has said a combination of 1. It’s not in stock 2. Go to Meijer instead or 3. We have it but I don’t know how to find it while offering no effort to locate someone who does. You’re better off ordering online and making them locate the goods because they’re clauses otherwise.

Two Sundays in a row I was treated like garbage by the lady at the self checkout.. (Tonya)Pro member also Im paying with the card (business owner)I dont understand why we are being treated like thisthe only thing I feel is Discrimination Based on my Appearance or Perceived Socially Economic Status..Never have I received treatment like this by any of the POC/alternative community that work there..Avoid Tonya shes a toxic person that needs to have some training on how to treat customers with dignity.Especially customers that check themselves out while she stands around flirting with dads.Also-Make sure you check out their special deals to see if you qualify online you might get a rebate card for your spending if Menards is having the 11% special at the same time.

The staff was very helpful, the lady at the checkout was very helpful.

I would not recommend ordering garage doors here. First, we were put down for one door instead of two and they took a little over $1,600 out of our account. We were told it would take a month for the doors to be installed. A week later we heard from the other company to set up the meeting for measurements. The guy was confused but took the measurements. My husband spoke to another person and they said since we werent ordering one 16 foot door at least $500 would fall off the price.. The guy was updating our order and avoided the fact that he put us down for one door, ensuring my husband he would call later that day or the following day with the updated price. My husband requested to speak to management. I spoke to customer service who told me that it would be $1,600 and that our time would not start over but it takes one to two months for the doors to be installed. Nothing for three days. He gets a call saying that we would need to give them an additional $800, still no call from management. My husband cancels order and I call customer service to make a complaint. Its been almost five days after I was told Id hear from management and nothing. Horrible customer service.

My second favorite store. Knowledgeable people with a wide selection of merchandise. Always have helpful suggestions about solving home issues.

Staff was helpful as always. They had everything I needed and what they didnt have in store they could just order for me and its usually in very fast.

Would give zero stars if I could. My husband and I went in to look at washer and dryer sets. We were browsing around and there was an associate that was watching us but not greeting us, and was walking around strangely instead of just coming up and saying hello. His name was Rocky. He finally came halfway up to us and we had to say hello to him! We were looking at availability for washer and dryer sets, and we know with covid there’s long wait times. We did ask to look for availability for a few sets but honestly every time we asked, it was like we were bothering him. He wouldn’t tell us what the availability was if there were more color options available, and he should know what colors items are available in and when, especially when we told him that we were closing soon on our first home so we were literally looking for something in budget that would get here the quickest. So we had to ask him for every set “ok, what about availability for white,champagne, etc” which only took him longer to do because he wasn’t listening to what we said, which was we were open to ANYTHING. I was so irritated with feeling like I was inconveniencing him to do his job that we left. We could have helped ourselves more by going online but instead Home Depot wants to pay him probably at least $10/hr to give people a bad experience. I went to Lowe’s and bought a beautiful set, and we had the best customer service I’ve ever had. I’ll never be back to this location, especially when Lowe’s down the street is friendly!

Home Depot continues to reflect a friendly, homey kind of atmosphere that is wholly conducive to comfortable shopping. Lots of friendly and knowledgeable staff!

Its hard sometimes to find a staff member in hardware, tools or lighting but they are very helpful if you need them and can find one. Home Depot is the best place to find discounted LED lighting and also my preference for power tools.

Found the perfect sink for a great price. If only it would come in.

My opinion is home depo is the best home improvement store, their employees are always very knowledgeable on the products they carry, and the few times they didnt have a product I needed they helped to locate someone that did carry them.

I choose the Saginaw Home Depot whenever I want to go shopping for home improvement items. I ALWAYS get asked if I need help and never have I had to search for someone to help me. Top notch customer service here!

This is my go to place for Behr paint which I use at my home and in my rentals. Very good quality paint. Huge selection of everything related to the home, both inside and out.

Found what I needed easily. Staff available to help with questions. Really dislike it when they rearrange aisles.

1 Star for the non-exsistent Pro desk. Stood in line for 10 minutes while the lady talked to a sales rep about the problems shes having with work being done at her house. I was waiting so long the rep was feeling uncomfortable she wasnt helping.5 stars for the customer service desk though and the rest of the crew there. My company spends over $300,000 a year at Home Depot so Im in there a lot. Cant say much good about their pro desk expect the Burton location, they are top notch.

So, every single time I come in to this store here in Saginaw, Mi on bay rd to Home Depot the people in this store are extremely rude, nobody can ever show me where a item is at that I’m looking for, they always point WRONG directions to me,nobody in this store helps me period, today once again happen while I’m in the store, only this time the guy said “he’s too busy to help” he has to “ finish wrapping carpets”. I feel like as a customer we should get the help we need when we asked for it, the guys there don’t ever know where items are, I’m tired of the stress from this store please teach your employees parts and locations of items because I haven’t been in this store once where I walked out as a happy customer, unfortunately I have no choice but to keep shopping at this store because it’s close to me. We came looking for things to make home improvements, such as lights to make our kitchen brighter, brackets to put up small shelves in a cabinet for spices, etc. The workers at the help area are very friendly. The workers who walk up and down the aisles asking if you need help are always around and are also very friendly.

When going into Home Depot I can always find an associate to help with what I need. Usually know what I want when I go but, cant always find where its at especially single screws for projects. The people who work here always seem to like being there and greet you with a smile and ask if youre finding what you need.
