I have been a loyal customer for about 3 years now and I wouldnt go anywhere else! Max and his crew always take amazing care of us and our vehicles! They are all so friendly and helpful and any problems that I did have, they were addressed and fixed 10 fold in a timely manner! Amazing customer service!Once again, they did not disappoint! Went in for a tire rotation and oil change and they had me out of there in 30 minutes! Thats amazing service!

They have the best prices in Saginaw along with top quality service! I literally saved 44% by going to them and YES I did the calculations lol! I will be coming here from now on for all of my vehicles. Also they are very nice people and they don’t try and get over on you. When I come here for an oil change they actually rotate my tires unlike other places I have been to. They have fast, friendly and professional service. They explain things to me and why it’s important for things to be done to my car, like a rotation; in the short or long run they will save you money. My husband and I have been taking our cars here for years and always appreciate the service. When my tire had a nail in it they took care of it with no hassle. I recently needed new tires and both Max and Josh were there to help out. They discussed several options with me and their patience was great.

I was looking for and researching tires left and right. Most were either highly priced or came across as cheap. It seemed as though the average tire was above average in price at other locations. I ended up getting four Yokohama Avid Touring S tires and they had them the same day! No ordering and waiting! My car rides way smoother- for that, five stars!

Monro Auto Service and Tire Center has first class service, my son needed his flat tire repair so he could get home from his week long vacation, he called and they were able to move him to the front of the line (which other local locations would not), upon arriving, they seal and repair his flat tire within no time at all and he was able to make it home in time for his appointments. Great customer service, happy they take appointments

They tried to swindle me. My brake pedal wouldnt depress, so I took it to them. Their certified VW specialist told me that I was going to need an entire brake system rebuild, and quoted me over $2k for the job. Turned a hose slipped off the brake vacuum and the guy at Advanced Auto Parts fixed it as a courtesy in a couple seconds for free.

Place was kinda trash had kids there not even knowing what they where doing can’t even drive a manual like come on at least get some decent workers. I went in there spending $400 on tires and them braking $300 worth of parts I do not recommended this place.

Car signaled PSI low pressure, I attempted to put air but it signal never went off (I assumed the tire wasnt accepting air) googled tire service centers, after reading the reviews I called and was told they had a 9am appointment but would take me....long story short, the reviews were accurate, Josh and another worker quickly took my car in, within 15 minutes they let me know what the issue was(sensor not in that tire) offered me to get one if I chose) deflated 3 of my dangerously inflated tires (bout 40 to nearly 60 pounds) Honest/Professional at NO COST AT ALL!!THANKS GUYS.

I went to put air in my tires an my valve-stem broke...meaning a replacement. Thanks to Tim who answered all my question on the phone and was friendly. This is the 1st reason I brought my vehicle to Monro Auto. Best decision ever. Josh was very helpful and knowledgeable. Customer service was amazing not only with me but everyone who walked in. The gentlemen who work on my car explain what was wrong and things I need to fix eventually. Also another gentlemen help me with another issue as well. These guys are amazing I will be returning to get my other sensors done. You guys rock!!!

Waited a month to get a cap for the rims i payed for i was told was going to get it every week for that month. I had forgave them for this because it could have been shipping. They had told me they would get me a eatimate within a day or so waited 3 days called the shop they told me theyd call me right back never did, so i texted the boss he wasnt very helpful told me he was on vacation and never got back to me. I would definitely not let them waste your time.

If I could give no stars I would. My car was hit by a brick in their parking lot and supposedly they made a claim to travelers insurance to get my hood fixed. I’ve called their corporate office and they have no record of it, travelers has no record of it. It’s been over a month and nothing has been done! I will NEVER use this garage again. When my car was there they never called me with an update or when it was damaged.

Went to Kan Rock years ago and vowed I would never go back, gave it another try 10 years later and had a much better experience. Josh was professional, friendly and curteous to customers coming in and on the phone (small place). Thank you for the great service!

Ive had a heck of a time finding places that actually want to work on vehicles the last few years. On a whim of knowing an employee I took my 79k5 blazer in to have a hand full of things done and from day one these guys have done nothing but continue to impress me. A year later and here I am having my new rims and tires put on my impala ss, and also getting a complete rear brake assembly put in as well. Its nice to have some guys that Really love what they do. Its very reassuring when your putting your life into someone elses hands. All these guys are great and very knowledgeable. Ive referred many others to them with the same results. A-1 service

I got a flat tire and went get it replaced the company I went to didnt have my size called around nobody had it. I called the Bay Rd location and they had what I needed, but couldnt install them today. Made the decision to buy them and bring them to my local tire shop. I was in panic mode trying to get my tire fixed so I could go pick up my kids. When I got to the Bay rd location MR. Max told me when I mentioned I had to go get my kids he decided he would replace my tires it would he a little wait though. Shouldnt take an hour. Well It didnt take long and I was on the road fling to get my children. Thank you Mr. Max and your crew for showing me people still care and helping me when you were swamped. We are home feeling blessed and grateful for how well you cared to make sure we had new tires on our car.

My headlights were both out on my Acadia, so I woke up to schedule an appointment to have them replaced at Monro, where I have all of my vehicle concerns addressed. When I looked out my window, I realized that my car was stolen from my driveway the night before, Christmas night. They took my car and all of the Christmas presents in the back. I was able to recover the vehicle that day, but most of the presents were taken from the vehicle. I was having a really bad day with most of my faith in humanity lost. Luckily, Monro helped restore a bit of that faith by hooking me up with a really great deal on replacing my headlights. They took my situation into consideration, and even though I didnt ask for anything, they really helped me out big time. Its good to know there are still decent human beings in the world and you can find them at Monro Auto Service. The biggest thing I think about when looking for somewhere to service my vehicle is honesty. Monro is so much more than honest. They have integrity with the service they provide and they do fantastic work.

I ordered tires from a 3rd party website and had Kan Rock Tire install them. They had my car in the garage pretty much exactly at my appointment time, and had it done much faster than I expected, on a pretty busy day. Along with the service I requested, they did a complimentary maintenance check on the brakes and tires, which I greatly appreciated, since winter is almost here, and its always good to know your car is safe to drive. Thanks guys! Ill definitely be coming back!

While I really liked the staff - super friendly and nice, I went in to get a single tire repaired and waited 2 hours to find out I need all 4 tires replaced for at least $1k. Understandable. However, I repeatedly asked to have the mechanic put air in the single tire that I originally came in for so I wouldnt have to worry about filling it later and they reassured me that they would. As soon as I pulled out of there, the low air light came on once again for that tire because no one bothered to fill it as I had asked. Such a simple gesture would have made my decision easier to get my tires replaced there. Now I have no desire to drop $1k at Kan Rock/Monro and will take my business elsewhere.
