We had the best experience ever ordering from Art Sample of Saginaw!!! Our sales lady Patty was amazing!! All of our furniture came in within 2 months of ordering. Our headboard did have a ding in it. I called Art Sample right away and sent them a picture. They had a new headboard ordered the very next day and was delivered in a week. The delivery men were very professional and friendly. I have absolutely nothing but great things to say about this store! We will be ordering all of our furniture from here in the future and have referred all of our family and friends to them as well.

My husband and I recently purchased living room and dining room furniture, rugs and art work from Art Sample. Patty Donahue came to our home, measured our rooms and provided phenomenal, professional expertise in recommending what would make our rooms look great. Patty chose every item perfectly - we couldnt be happier with how our house looks now. The staff at Art Sample is amazing - Patty, the ladies in the office and the delivery crew were all kind, professional and wonderful to work with. The delivery crew even put pads on the bottom of our new furniture to protect our hardwood floors. Patty came out the day of delivery to make sure everything was set up correctly and she even hung our pictures. We are very happy with Art Sample and cannot recommend them enough. From the moment we stepped into the door, we knew this was the place to purchase furniture. Our sales lady Jan welcomed us in the store and showed us all around. She then left us to explore not once following us around like other sales people do.We chose the furniture and was surprised as to how cheap delivery was even though we are an hour away. The delivery was scheduled within a week.The two delivery men were very pleasant and friendly, answered all my questions with a smile and set up everything very neatly. This is definitely a 5 star furniture store!

Art Sample was the 5th store that we went to in one day when looking for a new sofa. It also happened to be the last. You’re always met with commissioned sales reps at furniture stores so it became a little exhausting by then. Morgan was very down to earth and a breath of fresh air. While she greeted us at the very moment we walked in, she wasn’t pushy and it was more like being given a tour of her home and then being left to pick out our favorite things. The store sets probably helped with that because it’s really well decorated. The furniture and accessories are not just thrown in the store. Generally, when a store is staged that nicely, you expect overpriced pieces but that wasn’t the overall case of Art Sample. We ended up with two matching pieces, a sofa and chaise lounge, with a feel of that modern take on mid-century. They’re adorable in our space and cost just $900 out the door. There are price ranges for everybody if you’re looking for less or more expensive choices. We have pets that we welcome everywhere so these were perfect for us. We would definitely return to Art Sample over the others for future furniture needs.

I walked in this beautiful store and was greeted by Rhonda. She has been there for years and loves her job. She helped me select a bed and mattress. She then kept me informed of the delivery date. When it was delivered the movers were professional, efficient and friendly. When I realized the bed was too tall, Rhonda arranged to have a thinner box springs delivered at no cost. You don’t get that kind of service from the chain stores or on-line! Looking forward to the next time I can purchase something from Art Sample!

We went to Art Sample to look for new living room furniture. We met Design Consultant Janice Powers. She is great. She showed us a piece on the floor that we really liked. She then worked with us to pick additional pieces to coordinate with the loveseat. She has a great eye for color. We were happy with our selections. They were delivered and the combination was even greater than we anticipated. The delivery was smooth and easy. A great experience all around.

Best in the Area. I bought my first furniture sets from here and you don’t realize how wonderful they are until you experience one of their biggest competitors poor service. They deliver with white glove service (not just literally speaking). They made sure I was completely happy with all aspects of my service. The delivery drivers even told me to sit on my couch to make sure it in the right spot. I told them I can move it if I need to. They said “That’s why we are here to put it exactly where you want it”

This was our first time visiting Art Sample in Saginaw. Nicole, our sales rep was very helpful and patient with us. We did make a purchase and the delivery men took the responsibility in contacting us to let us know they were running behind and when they arrived they were friendly. False advertising, went on line and said they had what I wanted, sign outside of the store said they had what I was looking for, on sale, went inside they had none in stock, 3, and wouldnt sell one off the floor, total waste of time.

I was looking to completely redo my living room so I contacted Rhonda. She did an amazing job from coming to my house and doing the computer imaging right down to hanging every wall decoration. I have to say my experience with Artsample was the best I have ever experienced from the moment we walked through the door we were greeted by Rhonda and i have to say she is amazing. she listened to our every needs and made us feel right at home.. after talking and walking through the showroom she made a house call with us . when she came out we talked for a while and then she took measurements of our space and pictures and then we talked a little more we ended our conversation with a store appointment.. after about a week we meet again at Artsample and Rhonda had amazed us with her floor plans and ideas i was in love with everything except the rug, i was on the fence with that one.. needless to say we ordered everything and even the rug . so after our purchase Rhonda kept us in the loop on when everything was comming in .when it finally came in she called to set up our delivery .. delivery day finally came and to my surprise she came with the delivery guys who i also thought were amazing.. Rhonda also brought out more accessories and made sure everything went in the right place and the delivery guys hung all the pictures .. needless to say we kept everything and i am in love with my new room and yes even the rug that she said would be perfect with our purchase . i would highly recommend Rhonda her listening skills are right on point .
