I went in to get a couple of expensive bicycle tires converted from presque valves to the old school valves. They did the job with no issues including the necessary drilling, I am very happy.Youre paying for experience if you pay here so its worth it... They also have a cool assortment of various bicycles inside and attachments.Two thumbs up, thanks!

The staff was helpful and very detailed in the different bikes and styles. Great prices and checking out was simple and hassle free. I was looking to purchase one bike now and one later, but walked out with 2 great comfortable bikes. Very happy customer.

Hands down the best bike shop in MBS area. Spencer and Jason are very knowledgeable and will offer solutions for anything you need whether its upgrades, repairs, or new sales. Very honest and dependable. Ill be back!

I went in a few days a ago. The dog was awesome lol but salesman I had did NOT want to be their. It was the older guy who had a lousy attitude and I had money to spend... Their one another guy who looked about 40 with a beard who was always really helpful though both times I was there.

I took my bike in after several years of riding hard and not knowing even where to start fixing things. They did a great job tuning it up, cleaning it up and fixing my brakes. They did more than I expected and even explained what I needed to know to adjust my brakes, and the price was very reasonable. I procrastinated taking my bike in anywhere since I’m not a professional bikester, but I was treated very well and I will certainly return. Thanks again!!!

Jared was awesome. Personable and informative. Customer service way beyond expectations. The simple installation of a speedometer/odometer on my bike turned into a general clean up, tweaking the breaks and gears, etc. at no additional cost. I will definitely be going back to Jared when it is time to get a new bike.

My boyfriend and I bought bikes through them about a month ago and it was such a positive experience. We had originally went to the place across the road with no luck, but this place just happened to have 2 bikes that were exactly what we wanted at affordable prices! The employees were super helpful and definitely know what they’re talking about. I had a little something going on with my front break and they fixed it super fast. So glad we purchased through them!

Went to the shop for a fitting on my road bike to prepare for a long ride. Dr Robert Bunnell met me at the Saginaw store after hours for the fitting. Best money I ever spent in a bike shop. Discovered I had my bike set up all wrong. Corrections were made and after a 200 mile ride I was pain free. Staff at the store also tuned it up and I had no problems on my long journey. I will defiantly buy my next bike here when the time comes.

After dragging my feet on getting my bike fixed (mostly because I dreaded the potential cost) I finally brought it in to Cyclefit after a friends recommendation. I dont know what I was so worried about! They fixed my issue in less than ten minutes and hardly charged anything for it. I will definitely take my cycle business to them in the future.

Had a great experience with my sons bike. The customer service was great and the bike mechanic was available and adjusted the bike right there. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I will definitely come back and suggest them to everyone.

The owner was very helpful and explained the difference between several items and all the advantages and disadvantages to each and explained why he liked and why. They also took all 3 bikes in for new tubes and minor repairs and had them done within 24 hours even as busy as they were.

Told me 1 price got there and it was 2 time higher then told when called to tell me that it was done then the bike fell apart

The service is great but I appreciate that Cycle Fit is not simply there to sell product. They are active in the community and promote and encourage not only the activity of cycling, but activity in general. After all....what good is a new bike if you fail to use it?

I love this local bike shop. Im pretty new to the bike world and they are very accommodating. From explaining to me different cycling terms to ordering special bikes for me just to try, they go out of their way to make the customer very happy.

Great bike shop...friendly knowledgeable staff...great service....if they dont have it on the floor they will order it for you ....I was looking for a mountain bike... probably visited them 3-4 times before finally purchasing a year and model Cujo...it was exactly what I wanted and needed to begin mountain biking....didnt try to upsell...showed me tons of options....all in all my go to local bike shop.

I drive 140 miles(round trip) everyday to work here and love every minute of it. Could work at some place closer but I live and breathe bikes and the crew at the shop are like family and we treat every customer like it also.
