Great place, great prices.

Crazy kind of store, if you are looking for fun things this is the place. Lots of T-shirts, games, and collectibles.

I was in there with my family and they absolutely have no sign on saying we people with autism or medical issues cant wear a mask while walking my autism service dog the guy decided to walk up rudely and say do you have a mask I simply yelled because that’s the second time some one said that people who have autism people aren’t allowed to ask they need better training and understand of this wouldn’t come back until it’s over with he was nice but kinda rude people don’t greet you Nicely anymore this has been a issue because people just don’t want to understand it in the law it’s against the rules to ask or demand people to wear one and they still don’t get it so angry and tried of it

So I have had the worst experience during this pandemic ever. Well third, waited outside the store in the mall and waited to go in. After a minute or so I went in the store was not crowded it was two employees myself and my family. They had their masks on. Due to a medical condition I am not able to wear a mask. The young lady that I assumed was a manager made a b line for me to inform me that I am required to wear a mask, I kindly stated that I have a medical condition. Her reply was “well it is corporate policy” and was told I had to leave. My family asked why to the other employee that was their and this young lady again very rudely stated that “other states still have mask orders” however our state was just informed that the mask mandate was an over reach by our governor. Will not be giving any more money to FYE corporate anymore. Walked about 200 ft to Spencer’s and they let me in with no problem. Either way this is the third worse experience dealing with this pandemic stuff.

A store filled with fun stuff. The perfect mall store. I work from home and it’s nice to get out and talk to nice people. The employees that work here are nice. I’ll go here again. I wish wish mall management and ownership wasn’t so lame. Michigan is different. Stop running the mall like it’s from California.

Its only a good place to buy funko pops anymore.

This is the only one Ive ever been in that was well lit, and actually clean!! Most FYE stores are overly large, dark and seem incredibly dirty. This one is so clean, well organized, and I actually spent a ton of $$ because I did not feel like I was shopping at a garage sale in the middle if the night. I would drive the extra hour to come to this FYE.

Pretty good store. It has some things that are hard to find elsewhere.

Very neat store. A little bit of everything. They had the pop, (Japanese, I believe), that my son wanted. Friendly store, but they need to explain there Rewards Program before someone saying yes. Believing you get points for purchases or need to carry a key tag or download an app is acceptable. Having to call phone numbers to discontinue services or youll be charged, is not right. NO THANK YOU!

FYE DEFINITELY is NOT what it used to be. It used to be a place to go get records and movies and everything like that.. now its turned into another HOT TOPIC. Just less goth. Still has movies and some music but mostly fan merch now. If you want music, go to Best buy.

I miss this store, there are not many and they have everything I was looking for. They had the latest CD Ive been looking for and they have so many interesting Mic. Items that i would love to have. The employees are nice and the store is neat and organized. I would recommend this store to anyone and they will enjoy their time in there.

Id like to call this place Hot Topic Light. Or PG Spencers. Dont ever sign up for the free magazine b/s. We cancelled the same day we got it. I called. My wife called just to be sure. The billed us 3 times before actually canceling the subscription. DONT GET THE SUBSCRIPTION. ITS NOT WORTH THE HASSLE!

Best place to find a CD or classic movie on blu-ray. Usually has a cool selection of vinyl and novelty pop culture items. Get things on sale!!!

Had a great experience buying my Star Wars jacket here. Very friendly and understanding staff.The price I ended up paying for the jacket was less than the pricetag said though, which was weird but Im not complaining. As long as its not the other way around...

This is an amazing store. You never know what you are going to find. I go in almost weekly to stock up on pickle juice shots.

Good place for fun thing like music memorabilia and movies

The staff are very friendly and they do acknowledge you when you come in. The store is a little crowded and the isles are very tight because they just have so much in that small space. I just wish they had more to choose from and things were easier to find.

I love checking out the vintage and collectibles they have.

Had a very bad experience. Bought a highly priced item got it home and found out it was used and was missing pieces. I had asked while at the store if you could return items and was told only if it was defective. Well i guess i got not only an used item but also defective to me since the last person didnt put all the pieces back..very dissappointed and if they refuse to give me store credit or money back for my time and gas to return it and replace ill never go there again. Not only that but the lady we were asking questions to just seemed to not know very much.

Good stuff, everything is a bit pricey though, especially compared to Meijer or Wal-Mart. Wouldnt buy any new movies from there, but older movies and CDs, for sure

Tons of videos and little toys, I normaly go becouse the headsets are really cheap there, but be careful if you sing up for the vip card the staff didt told me they will charge me 11 dollars a month, so who knows how long I was paying or it

We always liked this store. To bad they closed the one in our city.

Selection was fairly decent when it comes to collectables, media, and wearables. Tech, however is cheap third-party knock-off stuffs that costs too much four what it is. That said, prices in general are very high throughout the store. Fun, friendly, clean, and organized environment. Its a fun place to go and browse, but the high costs for most product in the store makes it unviable for those on a budget, with the exception of cheaper used DVDs and CDs.

Would give five stars but the sales team is too pushy.
