I tried four different stores today, ranging from Walmart to a small local business and nobody had my size in stock, if they had a women’s work boot section at all. This place not only regularly carries size 5 1/2 and up, there were even different options to choose from. The employee who helped me was knowledgeable and very helpful as well.This place has my business for good, as they’re the first place I’ve found that doesn’t seem to treat women’s work wear as an afterthought. Highly recommend!

During our first visit, we were just window shopping but the helpful staff and great selection brought us back to purchase boots today. Just like last time, Kathryn was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable with suggestions. Im very confident with my purchases and well absolutely be back for any future boot needs. Thank you so much!

I am so unsatisfied exactly 1 year ago I bought a pair of boots and they begin to dry rot and I thought maybe its because Im rough on the boots however exactly one year later I bought the same exact pair of boots for my wedding I wore them for my wedding and then I warm on my honeymoon one week later the bottom of the Soul had a hole in it I will never buy boots here again

Visited J&B for the first time yesterday, wish I would have done it years ago. I have never gone cheap on my boots, but I know now that I have been over paying. I wouldn’t buy a pair of shoes laces from this place. Never have my size. They tell you I can get them in a couple weeks and two months later they come in.

Great customer service and I’m used to spending $20 more on the same boots from a different store. When checking out I was also given a t shirt, 2 pairs of socks, and my fiancé was given a nice thermos with and Ariat decal. Definitely recommend!
