Purchased a new used vehicle from them and added the full the treatment package thought it was a great idea until i tried to redeem the certificate they gave me. It says 1 free application of interior protection on your next vehicle purchase. It does not specify the new vehicle needs to be purchased from them but they tried directing me to the bottom of the certificate where it says certificate must be redeemed from the location where this vehicle was purchased and they clearly have my purchase vehicle tagged on the certificate. The rule of the new vehicle needs to come from them was never explained to me and it does not specify on the certificate either.In contact with a manager they are working to resolve the issue we have so i will update accordingly as we progress.

George Lynch was very professional and courteous throughout the purchase and delivery of my new Envision. He explained everything in the vehicle at delivery. And he even gave me a Follow-up phone call within a week after I purchased my vehicle.

The service rep who signed me in was very courteous, answered my questions and when my car was done was helpful and kindly assisted me with a minor problem I had without hesitation. Wish I could remember his name but he was a young man with a long beard. Please let him know I appreciated his help very much.

Very disappointed by the service I received. It started with the one who handles your visit. First thing he said was You dont want your tires rotated do you? Of course, I replied. Then he left my car door open for a half hour until someone picked it up. The work was done right after that, then he parked my car... All finished... Next to the building where it sat for 20 minutes until I complained that my car has been ready for 20 minutes. He got real smart with me and said he was there alone and he would get to it when he could... Another 10 minutes. By the time I left I wished I had never gone there. A very unpleasant experience!!

I had asked at a previous oil change to look at my back tire thinking we had a bad hub bearing because I had one before. Was told no, that some tires make louder. (It was a new noise). Tire got ruined and I asked them to check this time to find out why, maybe they missed it last time. I was told to hold on that basically I wasnt a mechanic. Then I was told that it was a bad tire. No solution was offered seeing that I did my tires ar the dealership. I had to ask about the tire warranty. He said they prorate the price. I again had to ask for that to be done. He did it and said 164, which from what I remember is about what I paid or more. No explanation how he came with the price. I was to the point I didnt even want to ask. I took my business elsewhere. We will probably be looking to get new tires before winter but will probably not get them at Garber.
