Fantastic service. The associates were very kind to me, and they helped me set up my very first iPhone! They recommended a model with a great camera.

Store associate Aurora greeted me, found the accessories that I asked for and rang up my purchases. She was knowledgeable about the phones, accessories and promotions.I felt no pressure to upgrade or buy additional products.Aurora put my tempered glass screen protector on my phone and updated my new phones operating system. Aurora gave me advice to help make sure my phones battery will charge to full capacity and have extended use.Aurora helped me attempt to sync my phone with google. I was shown how to sync my phone. I was able to sync when I got home and located my password. I suggest customers should bring store pin and google password or apple password to the store.The store manager, Maggie, introduced herself when she was available to do so. I felt valued and plan to return to this Cricket retailer when I upgrade my phone again.

Very quiet right now. Personalized service

I can’t give 5 stars. Lost all my contacts and photos. Purchased new phone and cannot get apps downloaded to show an icon. This means another trip to hopefully solve issue. I do hope staff knows how to correct this problem. Phone doesn’t do much for me without these icons. iPhone 6 had no problems. This iPhone ES seems more complicated.

My wife and I went into the Saginaw, Tx store to purchase/upgrade our phones.1. The workers did not have complete info about the cameras on the phones. When asked, the worker just said, Good question.2. The phones did not have enough battery power to stay turned on. Over half the phones we viewed could not power up.It is hard for a customer to make a good choice or choice at all when the product in view and the sales person can not/will not give needed info.Merle Stephens

Great staff

I visited this store for help with phone and to purchase another phone. The front desk work, Ariel, was in the back with some else. I could hear them laughing, swearing and talking in the back room. I called out, Hello several times to try and get someone to come to the front of the store. I even knocked on the door behind the counter. No one came to the front. I left out and came back. Then, Ariel came to the front of the store. I asked for her name and told her what had happened. She tried to deny it. Then, I pointed to the cameras in the store. I wish I could give this store zero stars. The customer service was so bad and the associates were rude... I bought a new phone somewhere else and switched services that day.

Husband went in to buy air pods and they sold him some fake headphones. Had to call police cuz they didnt want to give a refund. No refund policy stated anywhere in store. It comes out on receipt after you pay for them. Once you pay for them you got got.

Disappointed the people helping did what they could. The issue is the card was not compatible with the device I had but service was prior to checking I payed before the job was done and now can not get full refund...****** the device is a tablet it was never linked to any carrier the issue was it is not able to have an internet plan and that I was told by both the seller of the tablet (walmart) and an employee of cricket that it was able to be done i trusted it could be... i payed and the end result I was charged for a service I could not have... I have been on storm duty with my job first opportunity I have to come in I will be there... thanks for your reply however the issue has nothing to do with carriers...
