Pepper Jack smoked is awesome. Excellent flavoring. If you love cheese, you gotta try it smoked.

First off, Id like to start by saying Im the sister of the owners so youd probably assume my opinion is biased. However, I do not like smoked cheese. They won me over though! The longer the cheese sits the less smoke flavor it has. Its vaccume sealed so mine has been good in my fridge for months. Ive also never had anything other than smoked cheddar and they definitely opened up my pallet and knowledge for the art. I used there smoked mozzarella in stuffed meat balls and OMG! Heaven! Give them a try, you wont be dissapointed!
