Gd prices great customer service
I purchased a pair of Mens Red, White & Blue Nike A270s for the 4th of July. I paid for them on 6/25/20. Here it is 12 days later and I still have not received them. I called champssports customer service line and waited for half an hour to speak to a representative. The lady I spoke to moments ago was indifferent and made excuses for why I have not received my shoes. I told her I ordered shoes the same day from the Puma website and both pairs arrived 5 days later as they always do. This lady told me if I did not receive my shoes via mail by the end of the business day tomorrow, to reach back out via phone and they would declare my shoes a lost order and either replace them or refund my money. So, I guess she expects me to wait for another half an hour to speak with someone.
The woman who โtriedโ to help my daughter made her completely uncomfortable. She wouldnโt help us properly &tried to sell us shoes that donโt fit. She didnโt even try to listen to us. Completely unprofessional

Sales people are very helpful and nice, large selection of shoes, a variety of different brands of clothing. If size of shoe/clothes you want isnt available they will order online for you and have it delivered to store or your home
The workers were extremely busy, but still found the time to take care of us. I was impressed by their personalities and willingness to help.
The manager Carrie always takes good care of me. She has a great staff as well.
