Made sure the shoe my daughter wanted was put on hold for us until close. The staff was friendly. The mall or store ahould update current hours according to season. We drive an hour to find out they closed earlier than what the website had posted. So we had to make another trip back the following day.

I bought a pair of shoes for my son and when I got home I opened the box and had 2 different shoes inside not even the same size. So no I had to drive 30mins back to return them and had to pay more for the shoes I wanted and waste time and gas to do so. They made me feel like it was my fault. The new gey they were training was a nice kid but I feel like he shouldve helped me all they way through instead they sent im on lunch half way through

Salesman here was awesome, wish I knew his name but he helped me out a lot. Was shopping for a picky husband and ended up getting a shoe from a different store and the salesman helped me out there too. For him it was absolutely about customer service, and not just a sale. Thanks so much dude!!!!

The store manager (Aurora) help me find a shirt I had been looking for on line. The staff is friendly & very helpful. The downside to this store is that they cater to a younger demographic and never have clothes to fit men like me.

Was looking for some basketball shoes and I ended up getting Jordans, but who helped me look at shoes, was very nice and I looked at the Receipt and his name was Andre J. thanks Andre!

I absolutely hate shopping here. Employees are always chatting and never chatting with customers. They never help whatsoever, and they give themselves credit when you purchase an item. They stare at you the whole time and do not say a word to you unless you call them over and it’s pointless because they never have the answers to your questions. Would not recommend shopping here.

Walked in to buy a pair of shoes, and the man behind the counter never even looked up from his phone. Wasnt until we walked out and said thank you did he look up. Pathetic!!

I walked by this store and Google asked what my opinion was, so here it is! I would like it if I was thirteen. It is really a high priced store for suckers. You can find the same items elsewhere for a lower price.

This had to be one of the dirtiest foot locker I have ever been in. The floor was filthy the sitting area was discusseing. Im inbarest to say that this foot locker is in the saginaw mall.the owner needs to pay it a visit.
