The young lady that assisted me when I ordered my new lenses was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. It was a great experience!

The woman I was helped by while picking out my glasses was a very big help to me. She was very nice and professional.

The associate was very helpful finding the proper fitting glasses and took her time to ensure I was completely happy with my choices before I left the store. I had previously had less satisfying experience in the past but was this one changed my take on this company take customer service.

Not to sure my daughter needed glasses but she ended up with them but they dont seem to help her at all and she definitely was trying to fail to get them not really sure what to think I was under the impression they wouldnt give her glasses unless she really failed but even Doctor said it seems someone wants glasses and I said yup I think the same thing anyway I guess it is what it is glasses are cute she is happy so Im happy hopefully the glasses keep the boys away for a few more years.

I went today with my mother to pick up a pair of glasses. At first they would not give them to us without giving a reason. I thought maybe they just forgot to fix the pair. But when they brought over a pair of BROKEN glasses with one of the lenses scratched up and screws missing, they had no excuse to offer for this. They didn’t say it came like that. They didn’t say an accident happened. They didn’t SAY ANYTHING, except “you can buy another pair”. No refund, no credit, not even a simple apology. I also need new glasses, but I think I’ll stay blind until I find a more professional establishment.

I had a great experience at SVS vision the other day when I went for an eye appointment. Staff are friendly and helpful with all aspects of service. Would have given 5 stars, however, I do feel the price is a little high for the glasses I purchased.

Its been almost two months since I had my exam, and I still have not received my glasses. I live in an assisted living center and was told that they could mail them to me. What they didnt tell me, was that they would be put on a slow boat to China and take forever to arrive! I just assumed that they would be mailed out first-class mail and get to me within a few days! I am not one bit happy with the time its taking to get my glasses! I need them!!! When I expressed my disappointment about how long its taking to ship them to me, the persons response was simply, Well, were not Amazon! You dont have to be Amazon to ship something in a timely fashion! If you cant get it to a person in a timely fashion, you should at least tell them! I could have scheduled a ride and gone there in person to get my glasses faster than this! Its a daily struggle for me to get by without them!

Had a really nice experience here. Great selection of frames, exam was quick and easy and the doc was detailed in explaining what was going on and what I needed. They also help you make the most of your benefits.

Outstanding service. Very professional and efficient. After I filled out a couple of documents I was fitted and picked out my glasses with the options I wanted and was all set. Instead of waiting for the Dr for my exam and then waiting to select my glasses. I was completely satisfied and done in one hour. I highly recommend SVS.

Our second year with them for the boys. Very friendly, for the most part. The one lady was kind of dismissive towards us, but the other blonde hair lady took care of us as soon as she was available. Dr. was very patient and entertaining for my timid 6 year old. Not a wide enough variety of frames for, but it works.

Everyone in the office was friendly. When I got my new glasses back, they just werent quite right. I couldnt see very good out of them and they made me feel sick. Penny, the manager, did all she could to correct them in the office. She had me wear them a couple weeks and see if I could get used to them and told me if I couldnt to come back. I ended up going back and had to get another quick exam to make sure everything was correct. The Dr. made a couple tweaks to the script and when they came back, they were much better. They told me it would take 7-10 days for my glasses to come in, but it only took 4. I would recommend them to anyone who needs a basic eye exam and new glasses.

Staff is so friendly and helpful. They have a great selection of frames to. I really liked that you dont have to wait long either.

I have two pairs of glasses through this company, safety glasses for work and every day glasses, my safety glasses I have always had trouble with the nose piece deteriorated 5times at this point and my company doesn’t want to keep replacing them. Quite frustrating, yes abs got me extra nose pieces for my frames but I’m on my last extra piece and I have to wait till October to replace my whole frame and I can’t see without the glasss and I’m about to the point I can’t wear them anymore. My every day glasses are just very cheaply made and they barely fit my face: I’ve had them adjusted so many times and they just never fit properly. I wish I would have gotten a different pair. Staff is friendly. But I can’t barely wear my glasses comfortably or confidently .!

Great service, squeezed me in for a contact fitting at the last minute when they misunderstood & thought I was only getting an exam and fitted for glasses. Wonderful staff, very helpful, clean place as well. Better glasses variety for Medicaid & there would be 5 stars (even though I was informed that the variety is better now than the past, well there needs to be an even MORE variety NOW, with BETTER choices of frames lol)

I was maybe 4 minutes late. And I came in and said I had an appointment. The everyone rolled their eyes. Including the eye Dr . But I had printed my paperwork off already and filled it out. Just in case I was a little late. I felt very uncomfortable in that moment. It took me a minute to walk to the door because my mom came with me. Shes older and has trouble walking.

Scammers! Watch out for additional items like lens cleaning kit and lens cleaning wipes added to your bill without informing you or your approval. I was billed $20 extra on my last visit and handed a bag with lens cleaning kit and wipes that I did not want and had not asked for. This is horrible business practice.

Im always happy when I come here. Everyone is very helpful and they make sure everything is perfect before you leave. Ill definitely be back.

Never been here before but where I take my daughter for eye exams no longer will except her insurance for the eye glass part so I called here and they excepted her insurance and when we came in they were so helpful and nice. My daughters glasses came back fast. I decided to change eye doctors.

Cant really say yet. Exam went well but have to wait on my insurance for actual glasses. Going back next month to complete. Will update.

I had NO idea that the discounts are much deeper if you have VSP using SVS Optical. Lisa was amazing at taking the time to explain how to get the most eye care for our money! Will be going back from now on for our glasses, contacts, etc.

In 1976 I was working at Fruehauff trailers in Saginaw and I was sent to SVS Optical for an eye exam and fitted with prescription glasses. Ive just re-discovered them now and they work beautifully. Thank you for the glasses and thank God my eyes have stayed so good for so long!

Appreciated the fact that the entire exam was with the doctor. Ive been to other places where an assistant does most of the exam and at the end you see the doctor for 5 minutes.

Went there to pick up my glasses. After I told the reception what my name was....4 times, She was still pronouncing it wrong. She seemed in a rush and not focus on actually help me. I called to get my prescription so that I can look at contacts, was put on hold 2 different times. When I finally got to talk to someone, they were rude and not helpful. Had to repeat myself the whole time on the phone. Had to wait a while before they would even send it to me
