Something I have figure out about sandlot throughout the years is they do not have good designers, do not get their work done on time, and do not communicate well with the teams. Every design they have designed for us is basic and is nothing special. We now have students who will design their own merchandise and take it to sandlot because their designers are that bad. Dates are another thing that sandlot does very poorly. They should not tell a team their merchandise will be done on a certain date unless it will for sure be done by then. Also, after the closing dates of the online store we have figure out that they do not start working on the merchandise until a couple days before the deadline. Every order we have placed from them, as a team, has been received late. Nothing is communicated on when the merchandise will be ready, other than the call u get saying that it will be a couple days late. I do not appreciate how they run their system and they should start caring about their customers and the business as a whole.

Sandllot Sports custom designed 38 tote bags for my wedding and did a fantastic job!! I gave them a rough idea of the design and they brought it to life.
