I visited Old Town Drive In for the first time Tuesday early afternoon. The food was pretty good and so was the customer service.My only issue was when I arrived home I noticed I was missing a order of small fries from my meal and I was charged for it on my receipt. When I called Old Town Drive In to let them know I didn’t receive the small fries I ordered my same waitress answered the phone. The name on my receipt is (Amy S).When I notified the waitress I didn’t receive my order of small fries with my meal she became angered and she responded by saying “I know for a fact I put fries in your bag because I made it myself”. The waitress also asked me to check the floor of my vehicle because they might have fell out of my bag. After checking my vehicle I called back to let her know the fries were not on the floor of my vehicle. She then told me I can come back to get a order of small fries.I never had to go through all that for a missing order of small fries before in my lifetime.That ruined my first experience withOld Time Drive In.Waitress name: Amy S
Not happy with the lady with long hair and pony tail, she ran my credit card up for someone else order and then for my order,, my credit card alerts me, and she didnt even tell me or apologize all she said oops its a authorization it will go back on your card, thats not my point, she gave someone else my card to sign, what if they would of drove off with my card, thats what upsets me and not right..I have never had a issue with the short hair red hair lady, she is awesome and deseves a raise she always friendly and out going, as for the other gal I would watch your cards so you dont pay for someone elses order and your getting the right card back...
Old Town has great food and car side service just like the name says, its a drive in. They have the best coney dogs and root beer in town.
Best root beer available. I have their original recipe for their coney sauce, but go here instead of making it because their prices are so reasonable. Unlike other local places which charge 4 bucks for a propane grilled hotdog in unsanitary conditions.

Always awesome food and super nice waitresses. Be sure to try their root beer! Maybe even get a half gallon to take home. Normally they bring their food out on a tray that sets in your window and you feel like you go back in time. More recently with everything going on (thanks 2020) they bring your food out in to go containers so you can eat in your car or take it home. One of the Original A&W Root-beer locations, Old Town Drive-in continues that original nostalgic feeling of the classic car hop. They use the original formula for the root-beer which I really love. This is a great eatery in Saginaw for fun and memories new and old.

Best place in town for me. I love all their food. They have great deals and it is a must go to when family comes. Not a lot of places to sit to eat there but well worth it to take it home or to a local park ( in the summer). The workers are always friendly. I have never had a bad experience here.

Ive been going to this place since I was a kid. You can park in the driveway and someone will come out to you and take your order. I would recommend the A&W Root beer with a few Coney Dogs. Dont forget to TIP THE SERVER!

Had a little bit of a shock with the price of my order... $4 a cheese burger is a bit much, thus was the first time I was actually unable to give a tip, and I must say, i feel bad about it. FOOD IS STILL GOOD AND SERVICE IS TOP OF THE LINE

Wow! Stopped here on our way up to Mackinaw and it was so worth it! The service was excellent! The servers were very kind and helpful. We had the chicken fingers, the pizza burger, and the pork sandwich. All very delicious. The root beer was out of this world. We got more to go once we left. We want to come again the next time were up in this area.

This is a wonderful drive in restaurant that will remind you of the old fashioned A&W or Dog and Suds Root Beer Stands. Old fashioned feel of different types of food where you drive up,a waitress comes out to take your order and then she brings your food order to your car. Their homemade rootbeer is the best and their waitresses are very helpful and friendly! The prices are affordable and its a wonderful place to go to with your friends or family! 😀👍🍔🌭🍟
